Chapter 66 ~ Her world

Rose felt like the world was spinning and she was seeing stars.

“One month after divorce and he's already moving on? What a douche!” Natalie who had walked in to witness the news spat.

“Didn't you hear what Zoe said?-” One client wanted to defend her favorite couple when Natalie glared at her.

“I know what that snake said, now shut up and eat or get out!” She threw them a dirty look.

The two girls stood angrily and walked out, mumbling something about rude customer service.

Natalie reached for Rose and rubbed her back, “I’m okay.” Rose said. She was barely keeping the tears away from her eyes.

But it was far from the truth. She wasn't okay and her old wounds which had barely healed were ripped open once again.No matter how strong one may be, seeing the man you loved all your life move on like you meant nothing to him can send you into a state of depression and a phase where you ask yourself what you did wrong and what you could have done better.

“Why was I never enough?” Rose cried on
