Chapter 101 ~ One Date

“Is Mr. Harper in?” Natalie asked David, his assistant.

“Yes, he is,” David responded with a hidden smile.

Zane had always been reserved and never wanted any women around him. At a certain point, the media even tagged him as gay and suspected that he and David were a couple.

Seeing him obsess over Natalie relieved the pressure of constantly planning his blind dates.

Natalie smiled at David and said, “Thank you.”

She bypassed his station and knocked softly at the door. Her face was beat red from how embarrassed she was from the previous week’s encounter. He ended up paying for the clothes and her mother having no shame insisted on getting more if he didn’t mind, so Zane left Natalie with his black card because his father called him for an urgent matter.

As soon as he left, she snapped at her mother and they had a fight which led to them being thrown out of the shop.
