The lights went off. There was utter darkness on the area. Serene and Rose couldn't see each other but since they were holding hands , they were aware of each others presence.
Rose's phone started ringing. It was difficult to locate but due to the brightened screen, she quickly held the phone in her hand . Seeing Rowan's name on the screen she beamed and answered-
Rose : Helloooo Row. I missed you.
Rowan: You missed me? That's strange. Well, where are you ? I am standing outside your room and it's locked.
Rose: Finally ....Mrr.Rowan Chazzee got time for me. If the door is locked then unlock the door and enter. Simple. (She giggled)
Rowan: Are you drunk? Seriously Rose it's been 9 hours since you are here and YOU ARE ALREADY DRUNK? WHERE ARE YOU ROSE?
Rose: (Kept the phone away from her ear) Its his psychological problem you know , he starts screaming anywhere.
(Rose was talking to Serene when she heard another shout from the other end of the phone).Rowan : ARE YOU KIDDING ME EVA ROSE? YOU ARE BLOODY TALKING TO STRANGERS. TURN ON YOUR LOCATION OR ANSWER ME?
Serene heard it and snatched the phone from Rose's hand.
Serene: You know what? Rose was right. YOU ARE A BLOODY DUFFER, DOG, IDIOT , STUPID. WHO TALKS TO A SISTER LIKE THAT. IF BENZ WOULD HAVE BEEN HERE, HE WOULD HAVE SCREWED YOU.
Rowan: Excuse me ! Who the hell are you ? What are you doing with my sister's phone ? Where are you guys ? Just tell me damn it.
Rowan was frustrated so he started pacing back and forth. He reached the balcony where he heard yellings . He looked down and realized that the voices were coming from the pool area.His eyes widened in surprise. He made a Sprint towards the pool region.
Serene: You shit. You damnit. I swear I am gonna- hello, hello. Bastard he cut the call. If he comes in front of me right now, I will throw him in the water or stab him . You know I have a dagger.
Rose voiced, " Let's go back to our rooms . It's getting cold here and I am very sleepy" she said yawning.
Both of them stood up and started walking towards their respective rooms. Rose had to go to third floor so she entered the lift while Serene started walking to her room at the first floor using the stairs.It was dark and gloomy and complete black out.It was difficult to locate the steps so she held the the railing tightly. Serene could feel the creepy feeling but decided to continue walking . While walking she collided with a wall , to be more specific a well built locomotive wall.
She was so drunk that she didn't realise what she was doing.Rowan was about to walk past the woman when he felt her small hands roaming over his chest. He could feel her hands moving from his chest to his biceps then to his hands where she interwined their fingers.
The warmth of her hands succeeded in reaching his heart. Scared of feeling something he never wanted, he jerked back. But still her lavender essence was captured in his brain.
"Excuse me . I have to go. I guess you are mistakened ." He was so overwhelmed that he couldn't stand this mysterious woman's touch. He started walking but was stopped by a hand on his wrist.
Serene was already amazed by the fact that this wall such muscularly built with perfect biscuits under the clothed shirt . But when she was pushed back she felt the emptiness again. On top of it , that husky breathless voice kicked her senses and she was knocked. She was enjoying this close proximity and fuel to the fire was the alcohol coursing in her system which made her world vibrant.
Without any second thought she held his hand and tiringly said ," Its dark . Help me to my room . Please." It was just black everywhere , both of them couldn't see each other but still they felt oddly secure . She sensed her breath leaving her system when he kept his hand on her back. She was somewhere happy due to the returned warmth so she leaned backward and subconsciously smiled.
