Aaron slowly drew backwards until his legs bumped into the bed. He sat on it impulsively with his eyes still staring at the notes.

"No... how can she just leave? It's just been a day. Why didn't she try harder for our marriage?" His heart was in denial, it felt like it cracked into a million pieces at this moment.
