He moved cautiously, putting space between himself and the people holding Phoebe hostage. He tiptoed, carefully examining his surroundings as he closed in. The area was isolated, a perfect place for someone to disappear without a trace. The building had no windows, adding to the ominous atmosphere. Mr. Meyers hid behind a cracked door and peered through the narrow opening to see what was happening inside. His eyes widened in horror when he saw Phoebe tied up, looking terrified and helpless in his eyes. A surge of anger and courage suddenly coursed through his body.
