"Ashton! Come here, son." called Erin when the front door of her house creaked, followed by the sound of footsteps.
Ash immediately straightened his body after successfully closing the door tightly — he approached Erin with long strides. "Sorry, Mom. I forgot that today we have dinner together." he explained.
Erin immediately hugged her son and then congratulated him with a series of prayers and hopes for her eldest son. Ash didn't flinch. He tightened his hug to Erin.
"I almost made a fuss, ma'am." softly Ash.
"Are you making a fuss in Mitchell Hills, Ash?" Erin was curious.
In the next split second Ash let go of his embrace, – staring into Erin's sad eyes. Instead of answering, Ash asked in return, "How did you know?"
Erin gently rubbed the top of Ash's head while reviewing a smile when her nether eyes met Ash's jet bead. "Just answer, honey. I just need an answer."
"A pureblood managed to turn Archie into a hybrid. And in the house there are three purebloods. I think the purebloods in the house are the culprit." Ash explained with his head down.
"What are you saying, Ash ?! Hybrid ?! Archie becoming a hybrid ?!" Erin's smack; she almost squealed in shock at all of Ash's explanations.
Ash gave a small nod in response to all Erin's questions agreed. From the second floor, there was the sound of mutually shouting footsteps towards where they were. Gabe rushed over to Erin and then gave her a worried look.
"Ash! You're scaring mom?" Gabe raised his voice as his nether met Ash's.
Ash chuckled. Pissed off. He folded his arms and cast a glare at his younger brother.
"Are you aware of your question, Gabe?" challenge Ash.
"Boys, stop it!" Erin immediately intervened before the two boys started arguing.
Gabe snorted. Somehow he became annoyed too. In the next second he sighed exasperatedly - to dampen his irritation - trying to calm down.
"I heard you mention Archie and the hybrid!" exclaimed Gabe to the point.
Ash rubbed his face roughly. He intended to hide it from Gabe, but it was too late. Gabe had indirectly heard the point of the conversation between himself and Erin. Like it or not, Ash has to tell Gabe everything in order to minimize misunderstandings.
"Okay. I'll tell you." surrendered Ash.
With his chin he motioned Gabe to sit on the sofa. After everyone comforted themselves, Ash spoke up, "The Archie we know today ... is a hybrid." softly.
He raised his gaze, staring at Erin and Gabe alternately. "His irises light up yellow as he changes." he explained. "His form is still exactly like us ..." Ash took another pause; all his attention was on Gabe who was facing him. "When changed, his body did not give off a warm scent." he continued again.
"His movements are also unpredictable, right? Like a vampire." said Gabe; as if asking justification for what he thought at that time.
Ash nodded, said yes to Gabe's question. Gabe smiled as he tilted his head as their jet beads met, as if he had something to say. But Erin suddenly put her left hand around Gabe's neck.
Gabe jumped in shock. "W-what's wrong, mom ?! So shocking." he protested a little.
"Answer me, Gabe! Have you ever set foot on Eastwood or the Dark Forest?" asked Erin to the point.
Gabe nodded. "Both, ma'am. I've set my foot in both locations." Gabe replied calmly.
Erin let out a resigned sigh. "All right. Tell me! Why did you go there? Even though all the elders have forbidden you to put your two feet in those two places," said Erin after releasing her grip on Gabe.
Gabe adjusted his seat, staring alternately at Ash and Erin. Both of them looked worried. How come? Eastwood and Dark Forest are two vulnerable places on the list of forbidden places for beta werewolves or young werewolves. Like Gabe and Archie.
Eastwood or Dark Forest is a city of the dead, and is the territory of the purebloods who are very anti-werewolves. No werewolves would ever get out of there safely.
"I was about to follow Lyla to Northernwood. Archie and I got lost on the way. The route seemed endless, and somehow we entered the Dark Forest. Because we felt the Dark Forest was quite safe, we continued along the edges. According to Lyla, we could get to it. to Northernwood on a loop through the Dark Forest. Then ... "Gabe hung up the sentence. He seemed hesitant to finish his words when he saw Ashton's jet irises had changed color-yellow.
"Tell me everything quickly, honey." asked Erin softly.
Gabe took a deep breath and then exhaled slowly, he lowered his head a little when his eyes met Ash's.
"Again we chose the wrong route. And the first to put his feet on the entrance to Eastwood was Archie. Then as we were about to leave the place, someone with slightly curly hair grabbed Archie and drank the blood that dripped down his wrist into Archie's mouth. " Gabe explained at length.
Ash confirmed his seat, then clenched his hands. "You saw clearly how the face of the vampire ?!" Ash asked Gabe; his words sounded so intimidating.
Gabe gave a faint shake. "I didn't see it clearly. I only remember his slightly damp curls and a mole on the tip of his nose." added Gabe.
Erin rolled her eyes, she rubbed her face in a huff as if she knew who Gabe was talking about. Fortunately Ash didn't see the anger she was showing right away.
For now Erin was relieved that she was not obliged to tell her who it was. She just needed to buy time and put things in her own way.
"Are the Mitchell Hills owners suspicious, Ash?" Erin finally spoke up after getting rid of her anger.
Ash shook his head, then replied, "Sorry, mom. I forgot to ask." he replied.
"Maybe you really forgot. Didn't forget to ask. Isn't that usually the case?" Erin scoffed.
Gabe laughed sarcastically when he heard Erin mock his twin. The laughter succeeded in making Ash throw a sneer at him. Gabe cleared his throat as he adjusted his seat and settled back into the gray sofa he'd been sitting on.
"Well, I know the new owner of Mitchell Hills, mom," Gabe told Erin. "Argent. They are the Argent Family." he continued.
"Argent?"
"Yes. Argent, ma'am."
Erin swallowed her spat. Shocked mixed with confusion. Even so, Erin tried to adjust her expression as well as her speech, because she didn't want her two sons to catch the confusion that was plaguing her.
"Did something happen? They're back here ten years after Dennis's departure." thought Erin.
"Mom?" called Gabe.
"Mom? What's wrong?" Ashton looked curious.
Instead of answering, Erin shuddered - swept her gaze across the corner of the room and then turned all her attention to the round white clock attached to the matching colored wall.
She also made an alibi so that his two sons wouldn't suspect her so she could return to her room without being held back by any questions or anything.
"It's late. Get some rest." Erin pointed at Ash and Gabe while pointing her right index finger at the clock on the wall earlier.
The short needle points to the number one, while the long needle is on the opposite side.
"You also resting, ma'am." asked Ash while embracing and kissing Erin's right cheek. "Have a good rest." continued Ash.
"Goodnight dear." replied Erin.
Ashton also left after receiving a warm embrace from his mother.
"I've replaced the candle in your room with the scent of lavender. Light it, and sleep well." Gabe explained the length of the short.
Erin nodded then hugged him warmly. "Thank you very much, dear."
In a hurry, Gabe caught up with his brother. "Ash, wait!" Gabe exclaimed loudly.

Erin lay on the bed —staring at the ceiling of her room which seemed so empty. Like her.
In the next split second she smiled, then said, "Dennis." call her.
She stretched out her right hand, then she squeezed the white sheet covering her bed, as if she were holding her husband's hand like the old times. "Gabe and Archie set their foot on Eastwood dirt." Erin paused her sentence; sighed in exasperation as she closed her eyes.
"Your beloved student is no longer a pure werewolf, Dennis." Erin turned to her right side, opened her eyes and smiled as if Dennis was with her.
"He has become a hybrid. And ... The person who turned him into a hybrid and the person who killed you is the same person, Dennis." Erin hung back her sentence. "Skarsgard. Damien Skarsgard." She smiled as she rubbed her eyes that felt wet. Crowded.
No one knows who the perpetrator could have killed her husband other than herself and Charles Argent. The terrible memory of that night flashed back after she had been buried deep for so long. Her tears fell again along with bated sobs. "Dennis ... I need you." She thought. "I miss you."
Malia was busy pouring hot water into her favorite big mug. Her smile grew when she heard the sound of screaming footsteps getting closer to her."Loui. We can chat on the balcony of your room, right? I don't want to stare at the cen—" Malia jumped in surprise as she turned.Luca stood in the doorway and gave him a sad look. Malia continued to put on a sweet smile - she was trying her best to break the awkwardness she had just accidentally made."Want to tell me something?" asked Malia excitedly.Luca left, walking ahead after giving a nod in response. Malia followed awkwardly. She was really confused and felt bad. She called out Loui's name before turning around and confirming who had come to her at that time. She really felt that she was the cause of the sad look Luca had shown her just a moment ago. They sat together on the balcony of Luca's room. Awkwardly, Malia sipped her warm chocolate while
"Brother! Did you make Malia angry?" Leona spoke up after nearly thirty minutes of silence as everyone was busy with their own business.Loui focused on driving and paid attention to the road in front of him. Luca who sat behind him was drowning with the thick book in his hand. Malia, who that day chose to sit next to Luca, leaned her head against the window glass, closing her eyes, pretending to be asleep."Loui Argent! Can you hear me?" Leona tilted her head slightly; noticed Loui who was so engrossed in driving their new car.Loui gave Leona a quick glance, then returned all his attention to the road in front of them. He chuckled softly as he caught the annoyed look Leona was showing him."We'll talk about that later, Leona Argent." he whispered.Leona sneered at all Loui's words. "Ya, ya, ya. Whatever!" replied Leona irritably.Loui stopped the car in front of a building that re
"Leona, we'll wait in the parking lot, okay? Looks like Ash wants to talk about a lot of things."Malia immediately pulled Loui - took him away leaving Leona with Ash. They stop in their tracks when their eye catches Leona and Ash going to the forest behind the University building.Initially, Malia and Loui wanted to let them settle the business they had to settle. But when Loui's sense of smell caught a very familiar smell. He became worried.Loui immediately took Malia to the place where Gabe and Archie were -entrusting Malia to both of them."Hey!" shrieked Malia. "Am I looks like a thing? Why did you leave me with them?" Malia grumbled in annoyance at the word 'leave' which Loui said to Gabe and Archie.Loui smiled a slight smile as he rubbed the top of Malia's head gently and said, "Sorry, just a moment, OK? I'm afraid Skarsgard will mess up." he said. "Wait here just a moment, OK?"As if
The only magnificent mansion in the Mitchell Hills area, the arrival of a guest. One of the important people of Moonwood City. Erin Cooper, wife of Dennis Cooper - long lost friend of Charles as well as Stefan Argent."Finally we can meet and drink tea together like this," said Stefan after sipping his tea and putting his cup back on the table. "Your twins are all grown up, Erin." he continued with a smile.Erin was embarrassed –whether she had to be happy or embarrassed, because Ash had already met Stefan and Charles –her husband's old friends with a bad impression."I'm sorry about that. He's too sensitive about everything to do with his pack." said Erin to Stefan with a clumsy smile at the end of the sentence.Charles only smiled when he heard Erin's small explanation. "I understand, Erin. Your son is trying to be a good Alpha-like his father. Naturally, he behaves like that," continued Charles.Stefan nodd
It was two o'clock in the morning. Archie still couldn't close his eyes. All of Ash's words were still swirling in his head. Confused, angry, sad to be one. He really couldn't imagine what it would be like if he turned into an evil vampire –the werewolves' biggest enemy? But, before that all happened, it would be better if he was eliminated by his pack or the Alpha –Ash – his best friend. Like it or not, whether it is ready or not, it must be eliminated before it's too late. Because turning into the greatest enemy of the werewolves was never in his dreams. It's been almost a week that he shut himself off from the outside, locked himself in his studio apartment. He did not go anywhere, did not see anyone, also he turned off his cellphone and other communication. He's avoiding everyone. Including Ash and Gabe, who are always on the list of the most important people in his life. Thank goodness he was just an orphan. There was no need t
Several pieces of clothing began to pile up on Leona's bed. She has changed various styles of clothes many times on Malia's suggestions and comments. She sat limply on the floor when Malia returned to giving a shake to the outfit that had just stuck to her body."Big no! It's better suited for summer. Besides, it's too thin. You're going to be cold out there, Leona." Malia commented on the knee-length floral dress with a V-shaped collar that almost exposed part of Leona's chest.Leona was getting frustrated. She ruffled her hair which was already neatly arranged while then wrapping her upper body with a denim jacket."Just wear those clothes if you want to attract the attention of everyone in town, and are considered trying to tease Ash." snapped Malia.Leona groaned in annoyance. He immediately took off the clothes she was wearing at the time, then took another shirt at random without car
After days of heavy snow, this morning, the sun appeared proudly. The heat penetrated through the window with the all-white furniture. A line of light managed to greet the beautiful petals of the room owner.Feeling the warmth — the girl was writhing up — taking a sitting position while stretching her body muscles. "Ah. Good morning world ...! Thank you, God. I'm still entrusted to opening my eyes and feeling the warmth of the sun." Malia opened her eyes when her deaf ears heard a knock on the door accompanied by a loud shout of someone calling her name. Her smile expanded when her sense of hearing caught the sound. Loui's voice. Who knows why, this morning Loui knocked on the door of her room. Hastily Malia ran towards the door and opened it wide."Good morning." said Loui warmly."Good morning, Loui." replied Malia friendly.A smile rose on Loui's face when his eyes caught Malia's innocent face that morning."Get re
"Why, hm?" Rosalie asked Loui.Loui looked annoyed - for a few minutes he was silent - did not respond to all of Rosalie's babbling."Worried about Malia?" Rosalie asked another question. The simple question managed to catch Loui's attention - making he turn his head 45 degrees - staring at Rosalie flatly."Call them, honey." suggested Rosalie.Loui took out a cell phone from his pants pocket, dialed Malia's cell phone number. A dial tone was heard, but there was no answer. Loui repeated the call several times, but there was still no answer. He called his younger brother, Luca's number. There was a sound of breathing on the other end as soon as the call was connected.'Come here quickly! Looks like Malia is with one of the Skarsgards. I can't enter that place and catch up with her. They blocked my eye sight. ' Luca explained in panic.Loui ended the call immediately."There is a problem?" Ros
Since the incident that day Lyla has never appeared anywhere, even her cell phone number is not active. Even her aunts, uncles, and cousins never knew where Lyla had gone. What they know, that night Lyla just said goodbye to go see someone armed with her favorite purple long coat. For three months, all members of the police force were deployed to look for Lyla. But one day, all their efforts to no avail. nothing. And in the end, the entire Justice Family gave up looking for Lyla. However, they continued to place paid advertisements that were broadcast on all National and Private Television stations about the disappearance of one of their family members. On the other hand, Archie who still can't reduce his love for Malia chooses to date any girl. To this day, Archie's new identity as a Hybrid is still a secret—not publicly disclosed. It's just that, when someone asks, he will admit that he is a Hybrid. And without hesitation he will tell the series of events that made
Ash focused his entire attention on Rosalie, his gaze fixed on the woman in red in front of him. Even though Rosalie appeared resigned, he knew that as a mother, Rosalie wanted to use all of her strength to find her beloved daughter's body. They scattered through the forest in a straight line—parallel to facilitate common ground when they found what they were looking for—at that moment, after each gave a nod of agreement. *** At Skarsgard Castle Gabe and his two friends were visibly concerned as they observed some of the sturdy structures partially collapsing. Not at all, contrary to what Loui previously stated. Instead of being completely destroyed by fire, the classic structure was only partially destroyed. The Beta has surrounded every corner of the castle, looking for a safe entrance to assist the eldest Argent who is still inside. When he was about to bring his four legs into one of the building's corners, a pair of hands restrained all of his movem
Rosalie just nodded when she heard all kinds of information conveyed by the big tall man in front of her. He reported about the fight that took place between Ash, Damien and Leona. And the girl became the only victim in the incident. While Stefan and Charles could only sigh, Malia was the only one shedding tears, and Luca looked so angry when he heard the whole series of events. "What about Loui?" Malia asked the big man in front of them. The girl looked so worried about the situation of the Eldest Argent who had now become part of the Skarsgard Family. "Is Loui all right there?" asked Malia again. The man was silent, unable to give a definite answer to the petite girl in front of him, because he had not yet had time to enter Skarsgard Castle when he arrived at the frontier. In the next split second he shrugged his shoulders, then gave a faint nod in response. "Sorry, Malia. I don't know how he's doing. Just pray that he's okay now." Malia n
Loui calmly let go of Irina's grip in one jolt, then pulled a sheet of iron cover on the side of the furnace —closing the hole immediately. In an instant the huge hole was completely closed. Loui could only hear Irina's screams after the hearth had been stuffed with thick iron sheets. "Sorry, Irina. This is not the day I died." Loui's monologue before he finally made his way down the stairs and looked for the rest of the castle's inhabitants. Lucien, and Victoria of course.***The forest that Ash and Damien had previously used as a place to fight was quiet again as before being touched by the two. Only the chirping of owls can be heard when the night is on duty to replace all the carefree chirping that only appears when the sky is clear. A pair of feet entered the forest, occasionally stopping in their tracks while looking around —scanning every corner. The owner of the legs again moved towards the only big tree that was there
CRASH!Damien separated the girl's head from her body in one strong tug. At the same time Ash turned around. His body froze as he saw Damien's hand holding the girl's head which had been separated from her body."Take this!" Damien threw the girl's head at Ash who was frozen on the other side. "Have fun with her!" Damien laughed. His husky voice rose, filling all the silence and darkness that began to cover the forest. He was still reluctant to leave the place —wanting to see what kind of reaction the Alpha would show when he saw his girl was dead because of his actions. Ash spontaneously caught what Damien threw in front of him. He hugged her, then looked at the girl's face which looked much paler. He rubbed the girl's previously closed eyelids. A few seconds after Ash brought his leg to the place where the girl's body fell. With shaking hands, the Alpha lifted the piece of the body —carrying it to a tree house not far from where he s
"Go home. I know what I have to do." The baritone voice was firm and deep. Different than usual. Not like Ash she really knew. Even his sharp glare looked different. Dark. As Damien showed when he witnessed all the intimacy they displayed in front of him. Without saying anything Ash also Damien shifted and flocked towards the pine forest behind the hills. Leona gave chase, but swiftly —without considering all the risks, Damien waved one hand at the girl who was trying to tail him and the Alpha. The girl was thrown far away —rolling off the top of the hill. In the next split second Damien waved his hand again, then made a movement like he was tying something from a distance. At the same time Leona groaned as her body felt like it was bound. Ash turned around, jumped into the air with part of his body starting to grow gray fur, then lunged and attacked Damien with his wolf body. Damien collapsed and counterattacked —avoiding all sorts of
"Can't you stop talking?" She asked.Leona repeated her words for the umpteenth time. She desired to do something other than converse with the young man in her arms."I’ll do. But, can you promise me one thing?" Ash's expression was solemn. In contrast to what he had previously demonstrated. He meant what he said, and he expected the girl to make a vow to him.Leona paused for a moment, taking a deep breath before responding to the Alpha's request. "Go ahead and do it. Declare it." She posed a challenge."Please allow me to set you free. Will you? "The Alpha replied with all the sincerity he could muster through his gaze.Leona frowned in confusion. The bases of her brows almost fused together—meeting at the same point. She was nervous. Not reluctant to answer, it's just that she knows the true meaning of the Alpha's words. She realized that Ash knew what she was dealing with right now. Through his sharp gaze, he gave a sign which was
Silence. The girl in front of him remained silent. Her glance, too, was bland and expressionless. It appears to be both cold and frightening.Aware of the situation, Ash gently placed a helmet over Leona's head, ensuring that it fit properly and protected one of the girl's most valuable portions of her body. After successfully donning the headgear, Ash mounted his motorcycle, started it, and held out his right hand in front of the girl, intending to assist her in riding his iron horse, which was large and tall, making it difficult for the girls to ride. After Leona sat safely behind Ash's back and hugged him from behind, Ash stepped on the gas. The girl was deafeningly quiet, didn't say anything, and her face was not as animated as it had been. Despite the fact that he didn't believe he had done anything wrong or even hurt Leona's feelings, Ash chose to pull over to the side of the road and talk to her."Hey?"Ash rubbed Leona's skin with his two thumbs aft
Ash kept smiling—he'd been staring at his reflection in the mirror for 15 minutes. He continued to examine himself from head to toe, including the clothes that were on his body at the time.Ash could hide a pile of clothes he'd been trying on for 30 minutes if he shifted a little behind his back. He was really busy figuring out what clothes and looks would suit Leona, doing all sorts of things with her for an entire day, as he had promised her a few days before.***"Can we have a picnic in the hills, Leona, your parents' favorite spot?"Leona's round eyes narrowed as she suspected something. "Are you trying to ask me out on a date?" Leona confidently inquired."If so, will you refuse?" Ash asked, nodding without hesitation.Leona's left brow furrowed as she clearly heard the Alpha's bold, defiant response. The young man appeared to be becoming more daring in expressing his will. Leona took a deep breath and folded her arms across her chest, h
