IN THE DARK

Angela stood in a dark, damp alley, the cold air biting at her skin. She called out for the twins but none answered.

She was all alone and lost in the dark.

The shadows seemed to twist and contort, forming shapes that mocked her fear.

Then, from the darkness, a figure emerged.

It was Antonio!

Angela was speechless and shocked to see him right in front of her.

This got to be a dream, she thought.

“Antonio…it's you…you are alive”.

She gasped unsure if to cry for joy or run in fear.

After all that happened, it will only take grace to win his favor again.

She could see his hazel eyes were burning with a rage, the kind of rage she recognized.

“Antonio, please, listen to me,” Angela pleaded, her voice trembling.

“It was all a setup by Damon. I never meant to betray or hurt you, I swear.”

However, Antonio said absolute nothing, his silence was more terrifying than any words he could have spoken.

Angela took a step back in fear, praying silently for a helper to come to her aid.

She had no id
