THE NEXT MORNING......

I stirred and rolled on the bed which felt softer than mine. I squinted my eyes and saw a brown curtain instead of my blue one.

Still wondering if my eyes were playing a game on me, I felt a hot breathe fanning my neck.

My heart skipped a bit as my eyes flew open, landing on the figure laying beside me.

I sprang up, pulling up the bed cover to check on my clothes. I heaved a sigh of relief when I saw it was still intact.
