Now, after Evans and his family were through with their lunch, he appreciated the self acclaimed chefs for the meal. Although, it was not as pleasant as the food prepared by his wife or the chefs but, it was not a bad attempt.

“Thank you, George and Lilian, for the sumptuous meal. You are the best.”

The excited siblings smiled shyly and acknowledged.

They were pleased with their father's compliment, but their joy would not be complete without their mother's opinion. So, they shifted their looks from their father to her with expectations.
