" Mother I need to speak with you " Olivia said mustering all the courage she has.

" What is it dear ?" Her mother asked while preparing to close up the eatery .

" Promise me you won't get upset with what I'm about to say "

" Just tell me already olivia ..." Her mother paused what she was doing and stared at her daughter for answers.

" Mum ....I ...uhm .... I'm dating someone " olivia replied and the mother chuckled .

She knew her daughter was seeing someone ,the late night outings even though she always lies to her that she's going over to Matilda's house .

" Why are you scared of telling me that ? You are old enough Olivia ....I was just waiting for you to introduce him to me " .

Olivia smiled gently at her mother knowing the bombshell she's about to drop next is going to definitely annoy her mother .

" He already proposed mum and we are getting married in two weeks ". She replied staring at her shock strikes mother.
