Sharon glared at me with disgust written all over her face. I was sick and tired of her stupid entitlement and harassment.

"You need to back off and leave me alone," I warned her. "If you ever try to harass me or lay a finger on me in the office premises, I'll report you to Chadwick, and if you do it outside, you may not like the result."

She burst into mocking laughter. "Oh, I'm so scared. Look at me trembling. If Chadwick didn't hire you, what business would I have with a slut like you?”

My blood boiled. Tim Walker was a billionaire, but was nothing close to my dad's wealth.

Sometimes I wanted to gloat about who I really was, but I had lost that right because I was hiding from my dad and there’d no evidence of my claims now that I've cut ties with him.
