At The Hospital

Feeling so weak, I opened my eyes slightly. My eyes swivelled around and found out I was in a hospital room, lying on the hospital bed as I felt a slight pain on my head.

“Ouch.” I said in a voice more like a whisper and held my head. That was when I realized my head had been bandaged.

Tiredly, I took a very deep breath in and then out, still holding my head and then, I attempted to get up from the bed.

“Not yet.” A voice said to me. A female voice.

My eyes immediately looked at the direction where the sound of the voice came from when suddenly, I saw a nurse by the corner of the same room where I was laid. She stood and in front of her was a little tray filled with injection needles and drugs. She was trying to put the injections in place. Who are those for? I asked myself inwardly.

“You are awake…” She said, smiling at me. She then carried the tray of injections as she started walking towards my direction.

“...” I couldn't say a word. My eyes immediately looked at the wall
