“Indigestion?” I asked Doctor Maria based on what she had just told me.

The Doctor nodded her head, but her attention remained on the bruise on my ankle.

“Zane has always been a powerful Alpha since birth, unfortunately, his body couldn’t handle the amount of pheromone, hence the indigestion.”
