I met Alpha's wolf, Rudy, for the first time.
He was really cute and nice. There was something genuine and sunny about him that I just trusted with no reason. Rudy wasn't like any Alpha I had ever met, maybe it was because he was young?
But the Alpha looked more frightening now. It felt like he was having a split personality. Were all wolves so different from their human side?
I couldn't imagine why he would offer to accompany me to the beach. The possible explanations that I could think of varied from "trying to trick me into admitting my mischief plan" to "luring me out of the pack territory to murder me for Rachel's sake".
