Chapter 23. A maiden for the main time

Ralph noticed him and raised his brows. " Alpha, where did you went to?" He asked calmly, a slight hint of suspicion danced below his eyes..

Zayn scoffed and lowered his eyes indifferently at Ralph. " Who the hell are you to question me?!" He bursted at him.

Ralph didn't react. He moved forward and told Zayn. " I have something to tell you."

" What?" Zayn was very irritated, and he twisted his lips.

" I think you should get a maiden before the Luna arrives. Maybe that can help with the situation at hand," Ralph suggested.

Zayn was not expecting to hear this , and he stared at Ralph. " A maiden? How is that going to help? Is that what the goddess said now?"

Ralph shook his head negatively. " If it doesn't work, at least, you will be free from the Elders' constant nagging." He tried to convince him.

Zayn's mind was too stressed. He wasn't in the mood to argue, so he just nodded, agreeing to whatever.

Ralph was pleased, and he stepped aside for him. " I will inform the Elder
