“No…STOP!”

Aurora curled up by the corner and screamed.

“Get away from me!”

One of the rogues cackled, “Away from you? Your Alpha gave you to us. Understand? Most of us hadn’t had a woman in ages! Oh we are going to have a lot of fun tonight.”

Aurora felt hard to breathe.

One guy had climbed onto the cart, his eyes gleaming with lust.

He untied Aurora and dragged her down the cart forcefully. The rogues threw in, and Aurora suddenly cried out:

“WAIT! I…I can give you money! More money than you can possibly imagine!”

There was a short silence.

And then they burst out laughing together.

“Did you all hear that? The beauty said she had money!” one guy rocked with laughter, “Hell, if she has money, why would she be shipped to us like a whore by Alpha Damien?”

Aurora said in a trembling voice, “I am the only daughter of the Ravenwood! We are the most loaded family in Silver Blade Pack!”

The Ravenwood.

Even those rogues had heard of this name.

Words said that this family lived the most extravagant lifestyle. Their house was made of gold and furniture adored with diamond.

After a short silence, one rogue made the call, “Fine. But we want 100 million.”

100 million.

Aurora swallowed nervously.

That was a big number.

A number that her parents would never be willing to pay now that they had given up on her completely.

Yet luckily, she had some secret money. Over the years, she had been doing business outside of the packhouse and accumulated a handsome fortune.

She could pay for her own ransom.

“O—OK…give me a phone. And I will ask my asset manager to make the transfer…” Aurora said.

One of the rogues lent her a crappy old cell. Aurora quickly dialed the manager’s number.

The call went through on first ring, “…Hello?”

“It’s me, Aurora!” she gasped urgently, “Listen, I need 100 millions transferred to an account asap. The account number is—”

“All your assets are frozen.”

“…What? Why!”

“Your parents confiscated all your money. Cash, stocks, jewelries, real estates…everything.”

Aurora swayed on her feet in disbelief, “But they have no right! That’s my money! Not the Ravenwood’s—”

“According to your parents, everything that you own belongs to the Ravenwood, including you little gold mine. Plus, you don’t need any money living with the rogues. ”

But she had close to a billion in her account! She worked hard for it!

Now it’s gone…Everything was gone!

Her heartless parents wouldn’t leave her a single chance of living!

The call was disconnected.

The rogues await looked at Aurora with suspicious, “What’s happening here? When will we get that 100 million?”

“It’s not…happening…” Aurora sobbed, “My parents took away all my money…”

“WHAT?! So you don’t have a damn thing? This fucking bitch lied to us!” the rogue roared.

The furious rogues swarmed around her, their filthy fingers clawing and tearing at her clothes, exposing her bare skin.

Aurora’s heart pounded wildly, almost leaping out of her chest.

Suddenly, she seized the moment, kicking one of the rogues hard in the stomach.

“FUCK—” He cried out in pain, staggering back a few steps.

Taking advantage of the chaos, Aurora quickly scrambled to her feet and started running for her life.

She went into the forest, passing through the dense woods, stumbling along the bushes.

The rogues chased after her, shouting:

“Don’t let her get away!”

Aurora’s breathing grew ragged, her chest burning as if it were on fire. Her eyes darted around, searching desperately for a place to hide.

Just then, a gunshot rang out, piercing the night air.

“AHHH—"

A searing pain shot through her leg.

Aurora fell to the ground, groaning in agony.

Her vision began to blur, and she felt her consciousness slipping away.

The rogue were approaching her…She could be captured…This was the end of her…

She hated it!

She hated Chloe, Damien, her parents…

But there was no way for her to avenge herself.

Her enemies were in the packhouse, toasting wine to each other, laughing; whereas she lied on the icy ground, dying in misery.

“—Who is there!” somebody cried from the depth of the woods.

“FUCK! It’s the Ever Moon Pack’s soldiers!” one rogue shouted in terror.

A group of well-trained soldiers surrounded the area, causing the rogues to scream in panic and flee in all directions.

Ever Moon Pack was the most powerful pack in the world, renowned for their highly trained and formidable warriors.

It was even stronger than Silver Blade Pack.

Within seconds, the rogues had fled away. Those who were a few steps slower were slaughtered by the soldiers.

“…Miss!” one soldier in silver armor knelt down beside Aurora, his voice filled with concern. “Are you alright?”

Aurora’s lips trembled—she was too weak to say a word.

“We got a wounded she-wolf!” the soldier cried to his fellow man, “She needs to go to the hospital ASAP! Somebody give me a hand here!”

More soldiers huddled over, carefully lifting Aurora from the ground.

Suddenly, one man gasped, “Wait…I know this woman! She is Alpha Damien’s Luna!”

“Really?” someone else said, “Alpha Damien rejected her a couple days back. The whole world has heard about it. Maybe he left her here…Shall we rescue her anyway?”

The soldier who spotted Aurora cleared his throat and silenced the crowd.

“Ever Moon Pack is not afraid of a small pack like Silver Blade.”

He said sternly.

“If Damien has a problem with us saving his Luna, he can have a word with Alpha Lance. Now, let’s save this poor girl.”

Together, they moved Aurora into a car and drove away.

Aurora lied on the stretcher, half-conscious.

After a long way of ups and downs, she smelt disinfectant.

She struggled to lift her eyelids and saw a large group of doctor-looking people gathered around her.

They were all muttering excitedly:

“…Oh my god! Check out the birthmark on her lower back…”

“Holy Crap…Somebody tell Alpha Lance about this right now! The person he has been searching for over 20 years is now back!”

At this very moment, a handsome young man was in the Ever Moon Pack Alpha’s suite, going through the files on his desk.

The door to his suite burst open and a soldier came staggering in.

“Alpha Lance!”

He cried.

“…Great news!!! We found a woman with a moon-shaped birthmark on her lower back!”

“WHAT?!”

Lance jumped to his feet, eyes wide-open.

“And her age…her scent…”

“All checked out!” the soldier nodded, “20 years ago, your sister was given to the wrong family in the delivery room. This woman matches the profile of your sister!”

Lance clenched his fists, his eyes gleaming with tears of joy.

“My…My sister is back!” he cried out loud. “Ever Moon Pack’s long lost princess is back! Take me to her. NOW!”

“Yes, Alpha!”
