I meet them on their way to the second site which is where the creatures escaped, I quite honestly feel some type of way that we had them, well one of them in our grasp and let them get away but what comforts me is knowing that even though that happened we were able to save the warrior, his human form has only a small scar on his face which I know would've been much worse had Roro not been there, he most likely would've been disfigured or worse, dead.

" Ah, Alpha Teejan, you made it " " sorry for the delay Alpha Tyler " " hmm it's no problem, I'd like to speak to the warriors after we finish inspection on the border, I was also telling your Beta that you should think about cutting a few trees around the territory, if it is a case of the creatures really are hiding from the sun then that could be helpful "

" Well as much as I appreciate that advise sir, but I don't really that would be a good thing to do because it would then expose our borders not only to other packs and rogues but also to humans, I can't have humans wandering onto our territory like this " he nods in understanding " that's a great point and very quick analysis in the moment Alpha Teejan, it really would expose your border wouldn't it, I suppose I didn't think of it that way and we'd then have to find a another alternative "

" Here we are Alpha Tyler " he turns away from me and focus his attention on the area ahead and around " it would seem this area has a problem, did you use some sort of pesticide here Alpha? " he looks up at me expectantly " no, those areas are where the blood from the creature fell, it burned away at the vegetation and spoiled the soil, it doesn't seem to spread so it's only directly were it fell that's been contaminated "

He rubs the beard on his chin thoughtfully " has anyone taken a oil sample? " " ah, no not yet sire " why didn't I think of that before? I must look like a damn fool right now, fk! " okay that's fine", he gestures with his head and his guards some how has gloves on and uses a small shovel to dig around where the bushes and grass have died and bagged them then sealed them up.

" It's actually better this way for me, to have it inspected without any contamination or cross contamination, now which way did they go from here? " " we're not sure Alpha Tyler as we said, once the warrior cried out in pain our focus shifted to him "

" Not so much the injury but more so the fact that his injury caused the creatures to escape which we've told him time again it's not his fault, none of us would've expected something like that to happen so it could have been any one of us plus considering off all of us on the chase he was the one who was able to actually cause damage to it, it's already commendable as is "

We get to the healers bay of the hospital where Ivo is still under observation, there are a few of his team mates, his older brother and his mom is here as well " they all bow when we enter though they cast curious glances at the King, considering he has never been to the pack it's not surprising they don't place him.

" please rise everyone, the King has come to have a few words with Ivo if you don't mind " they gasp and bow again " we greet you, your majesty the King " " please rise, there is no need for that this time around I am here unofficially so I'm just Alpha Tyler this time around "

They are all still tensed but try not to show it although it's very evident on their faces and you can scent it too, the King goes over to Ivo's bed and sits at the foot of the bed, his face is bandaged so you can't really see but his mouth and lips are still cracked and blistered pretty badly.

" I am sorry this happened to you Ivo Turke, but I am pleased to see you are okay in spite of it all, thanks must be to your inner strength, your wolf and your genes, I've heard you're a Seventh generation warrior " he nods proudly because he can't speak well due to the burn on his tongue.

" We're you guys present at the time of the chase? " " yes Alpha Tyler " " please walk me through it as vividly as you can remember, then one of you will tell me Ivo's version, he may not be able to speak but I'm sure he can still mind link, right ? " Once again Ivo nods as the warriors retell their sides one after the other to the King.
