She was my pretty little moth, and she hovered ever closer to the flames of revenge. The pad of my thumb grazed across her soft lips.

"Decision time."

"You promise that you'll really give me a way to take her down?"

The flames in her eyes turned me on. I wanted to flip her over on the chair and take her right then and there. I shouldn't have been so nice before. We belonged together and using her desire for revenge, I'd teach her just how much. She shifted forward, and I bit back the groan that threatened to break from me.

Her lips brushed against mine. It was like kissing a pillar of fire, and yet all I wanted to do was lose myself in her touch.

I blinked at her, recovering myself. This little minx. "Pet, you like to play. But I am a man of my word, and I'll forever keep it for you." I just would have to omit some things here and there. It was better if she didn't know the entire story.
