The Late King

I shift back, my mind screaming abuse at me. I shouldn't have run; I know I shouldn't have, but seeing Kellan broken made me run. I caused it; he kept trying to get me to stop doing it, and I insisted.

Pain shoots through my side; I go to move and see the arrow. My hand grabs it and pulls it free.

"Wolfsbane. The only thing I know that will help." I turn, hearing the voice, but can't see anyone. Standing, I try to shift, but I can't feel Winter. My body is dragged and thrown into a vehicle.

I fight against them as they wrap the rope around my body, and I try to reach out to Winter, but everything feels dull. "You can't fight, not while it's in your system."

Their words don't stop me from trying, I keep pulling trying to break free of the rope and failing. My body is dragged out, and I see the building. They are taking Winter again.

I pull and fight against them as they drag me through.

"Xenia, it's nice to finally meet you. It's good to see you again, Winter." I watch him step towards

Wouldve liked a better fight scene and the jumping from place to place needs work. And yes Darius you fell to easily into your father’s plan.
