During our quick break to the outsiders' city, I took Orion out and showed him around. I remembered that he had never gone shopping, sat in a cafe, or even been to a playground as a child.

I spent those few hours trying to make him experience many different things he had never seen. He was amazed by the sheer volume of clothing in the shops.

Even more so when we went to the grocery store, it was a lovely time, and I could see he was relaxed and calm. This is likely because he wouldn't have sensed any wolves, bears, or anything else. In this city, most people ignore that side, and slowly, it dies within them.

It's sad, however, to consider how many humans here would have had such amazing wolves, and they just pushed them out until they died.

Now, we're back in the car. Before I got in, Queen Nymeria gave Orion and me some clothes. Walking around on our Fae side is fine, and many do. Apparently, royalty doesn't. We certainly didn't have clothes that would fit us.
