Her Warning

Kellan walks back in and hands her a bottle and a glass. I laugh and look at him. Why does she need a full bottle? That's just crazy. "Don't laugh, she outdrinks me." He holds out a glass for me.

Rolling my eyes, I take it. I'm not sure why he is giving me alcohol. "Don't. Apparently, Darius has seen you drunk? How is that possible?"

Oh, that is why, he wants to see me drunk. "Don't ask. Or if you must, save it for later." He nods and sits next to me.

"You were saying about control?"

"She has gotten used to human emotions. A wolf has far stronger ones, which means when she gets her wolf back, everything will be intensified: anger, hurt, happiness, jealousy, all that."
