Her Advice

**I apologise for the issues with the chapters this week. My daughter was in the hospital, and I was apparently very sleep-deprived. All chapters should now be updated to the correct ones. I again apologise**

Storm stands looking at me. She moves and holds out clothes for me.

“Please, Quinn,” she begs, and I reluctantly shift back. Without speaking, I take off my clothes and get dressed. I thought I could trust her, and regardless of who Bailey really was to me, she told me this would happen.

She warned me they would let me in and treat me like family but keep things hidden. I was ready for that, but I never thought Storm would.

Turning, I walk towards the palace.

“Quinn, I get I hurt you, but I couldn’t say anything,” Storm says.

“You could!” I shout before turning to look at her. She could have told me that my mother wasn't Bailey. “You had days to tell me.”
