~ RICHIE’S POV

I knew I screwed up so badly when I saw her crying about me but not being able to yell at me properly. It was so evident to me that Rachel was yelling at herself, urging herself to stop feeling the pain, the hurt, and to just move on from everything that happened to her- everything I caused to her.

I had no idea she never really moved on from everything that happened. I thought she did, that it was something she wanted to bury forever and never feel again. But something in me tells me she was just hiding her emotions, trying to act like she was okay when she clearly wasn’t. I could see how much she was hurting, and it was painful to witness. The sorrow in her eyes was a reflection of how badly my actions had ruined her. I hate every bit of that, and I wish I could fix everything. I wish I could take away her pain and make her happy again. I don’t want her to hurt because of me anymore; I just want to see her smile again.
