2024-10-29 19:42:56Hazel wiped the tear off her eyes as she changed the waitress dress in the changing room. As soon as she was done, she picked up her bag and opened the door only to be pushed by Ferris Kingston on the side wall.
A gasp escaped her mouth as she looked in the angry eyes of the mafia lord.
"How dare you glare at me?!" Ferris Kingston hissed as he neared his face to the short girl in front of him.
"I dare because it's my choice!" She replied backed without any hesitation and glared at him scornfully.
Ferris Kingston narrowed his eyes as he bended to the short girl's level.
"Do you have any fucking idea who I am?!" His voice was steely cold as he looked at the girl with anger evident in his steely grey eyes.
"I don't care!" With that being said Hazel Lincoln kicked Ferris Kingston where sun doesn't shine, hard.
Ferris eyes widened as he took a step back and then dropped to his knees in pain but his face remained emotionless as he looked above at the girl with gritted teeth. His eyes were speaking death.
Hazel was quick to act and sprayed the pepper spray on Ferris Kingston eyes making him groan as the the spray made him itch badly.
"Serves you right Mister! Don't mess with me again." Saying this confidently, Hazel Lincoln ran out of there without mistaking to look back......
Not knowing what hell she has just entered unknowingly.....

Hazel Lincoln couldn't believe that she was fired because of such a petty mistake. Her eyes were red and so was her nose because of tears.
She strolled in the park that was near a kindergarten school. Many children were in the park either playing or taking swings. As she strolled something made her halt and stare.
A blonde little girl was standing and ordering other little girl and a boy to kneel and apologise for pushing her. Her voice was demanding and so were action. Hazel was amazed to see the behaviour of girl. She wondered what her parents were teaching her that made her this rebellious.
The little girl said something to the duo that made tear stung in their eyes. Hazel noticed two bodyguard type looking men behind the girl and frowned. She neared to them and heard the little girl saying, " Touch my feet now or I will ask my daddy to feed you both brats to our dogs."
The children started to cry and Hazel rushed to them hugging them. "Shhh! Kids shhh don't cry! Go to your mama...."
Hazel consoled the duo who nodded and then sticking their tongue at the blonde girl ran away.
"Go catch them Sam and Ben!" Hazel heard the little girl shout at her bodyguard. Hazel turned to the adorable looking girl and then at her bodyguards and said, "stop! You both are sensible adults and look what you both are doing. You were bullying the other kids!"
"Miss, it's miss Sophia choice. We can't object." The man with black hair said making hazel frown and then look back at the girl who was looking at another little girl who was playing with her mother.
Hazel noticed the same longing in her eyes that she had once. Kneeling down to the girl's level she cupped her cheeks who looked back at her with her bright grey eyes.
"Sweetie, what's your name?" Hazel asked gently as she caressed her hair.
"Sophia. Sophia Kingston and who are you? You are pretty." Sophia Kingston said in her sweet voice with clear arrogance reminding Hazel she just had encounter an hour ago.
"I am Hazel my dear. You are such a sweet girl. Are you not?" Hazel asked and noticed how alert the girl's bodyguards were.
"I am! My dad says I am the most sweetest and beautiful princess in the world. He says I am best and princess of London!" Sophia gushed brightly making hazel smile at her innocence.
"Yes your daddy is right, princess. But...do you know princesses are gentle and just? They don't mistreat anyone and you just bullied two kids now that's not how a princess act." Hazel said slowly making sure that little girl don't get up upset.
"You talk like moms..." Sophia Kingston commented making Hazel confused.
"Eh? But I am not a mom, beautiful. Will you promise me that you will be a just princess and not bully anyone?" Hazel Lincoln asked the little girl smiling.
"I will but you have to also promise me something. Okay?" The little girl said with hopeful eyes. Her eyes held hope whereas her mind was planning a whole game.
Hazel looked at the little girl confused before nodding her head, "okay princess what is it?"
"My daddy is very handsome and charming. He is like a prince. Really! But sadly he doesn't have wife....Can you please marry my dad and become my mom? Pretty please..." Sophia Kingston said in innocent voice but her mind was full of plan.
A gasp escaped a hazel lips at the girl's condition and than she looked at the girl's bodyguards who looked back at her in horror.
"U-uh sweety I can't....I am sorry my dear but you can't force daddy to marry a stranger he doesn't want to okay? He will marry whom he loves....okay?" Hazel said unsure what to say to the little blonde girl who was staring at her hopefully and then suddenly her face hardened and she glared at hazel.
"So you won't marry my dad no matter how handsome he is? You won't become my mommy!" Sophia Kingston shouted as fat tears started to leak out of her eyes.
Hazel Lincoln looked at the girl helplessly and then tried to say something but before she could say something the little girl ran away...
The guards looked at Hazel Lincoln frowning before running behind the little girl.
Hazel sighed as she felt a gush of guilt hit her on making the little girl sad......

"I don't know....ugh it's embarrassing... I... umm... I got fired....but that too on a very petty issue. I mistakenly spilled coffee on a grumpy rude customer!" Hazel pouted as she cranked her neck up to look at Noah who was very tall compared to her 5'3 height.
"Oh...that's pretty okay and not a problem. How about you work at my restaurant? Uh and not as waitress or cashier but assistant chef?" Noah offered making Hazel gasp in surprise with her eyes widened.
"Really?! Woah.. but I am not that good in baking or cooking yet...." Hazel asked with frown and clear confusion.
Will she be able to manage it ? The question nagged her....
"Don't worry you will work beside an expert aka me you don't have to worry about anything. You will learn everything in month...." Noah told her assuringly, smiling as he squeezed her right arm gently.
Hazel smiled brightly as she nodded looking in Noah's deep electric blue eyes....
