Chapter 77
Everything was planned. I remember how thrilled I felt when I was planning and arranging my supposed birthday dinner with Juno that Saturday night. I remember the many nights I spent in my bedroom, writing down my feelings and confession in my phone’s note app for her.
I would recite it to her as I ask for her hand so we can dance in the middle of the fancy restaurant I rented just for us two. A classical piano piece would play in the background. And then I would start my confession speech about how she managed to shake my whole system and confuse the hell out of me.
I wouldn’t say that I’m in love with her. I think it’s such a strong word. But definitely, there’s a strong force of attraction that kept pulling me towards her. And if I won’t talk this one out with her, I’m sure I would drown and burst in this bubble of feeling that I couldn’t put a label to.
