Chapter 59

The noise of police sirens and ambulances echoed down the road. The news travels fast and new teams of journalists rush to the scene.

Someone had fired at Alex, hitting him in the arm. The bullet had gone in and out, and he wasn't in any danger, but Hanna was hysterical. Paul tries to get past the journalists and get to Alex, but the police won't let him through.

He shouts Alex's name, and Alex calls out with his good arm. Upset, the policeman lets the young paparazzi pass.

- What happened? Did you see who shot against you?

- I don't even know if the bullet was for me. Me and Hanna were going to Sebastian's apartment to water the plants and feed the fish.

- But don't you think it's suspicious? First they tried to kill Sebastian, now they shoot at you when you're at Sebastian's door. Someone is after him and the ones he loves. You all have to be careful.

- Why are you so worried? You shouldn't take advantage of this to take pictures and sell them. You're terrible at your job - says Ale
