Chapter 20

When Sebastian walked into William's house, William saw in his face that something was very wrong.

Sebastian didn't lock himself in his room and simply sat slumped on the sofa.

William gestures for Nancy to leave them alone and she obliges.

He pours himself two glasses of whiskey and offers one to Sebastian, who accepts it without saying a word and drinks it down in one gulp.

William goes to get the bottle, and again pours whiskey into Sebastian's glass, placing the bottle on the small table and sitting down next to him.

Sebastian stood there quietly for several minutes, sipping from the refiled glass, until William spoke.

- Are you calmer now, boy?

Sebastian shakes his head slowly and sighs. When he turned his eyes to William, he was again a 21-year-old boy who had just learned of his father's death, and was lost in front of his dean without knowing what to do.

William took a deep breath.
