Chapter 278 Mutual Apologies

Seeing that Chandler was kneeling, Roman felt that he should leave. The newlyweds needed their own space to sort things out.

"I'm going, Erin. You two should have a good talk."

After Roman left, Chandler remained kneeling on the ground. His humble move completely extinguished the flames of anger in Erin's heart. She blamed herself for pushing Chandler to this point.

Glancing at her surroundings quickly, Erin found that it was dimly lit and no one else was around. She said, "Get up now, Chandler."

With a conflicted look in his eyes, Chandler said, "Don't mention getting a divorce so easily again in the future, Erin."

Looking at the imposing 6'2" man kneeling on the ground, Erin nodded and agreed.

With that, Chandler finally stood up. The moment he stood up straight, Erin went back to being a delicate and tender woman. Chandler put a hand across her shoulder and helped her back into the passenger seat gently.
