For a brief moment, Faye felt confused upon hearing Clint's words, causing her to question even her own mother. However, as Clint hastily departed after answering a phone call, she quickly regained her composure.

Clint and Lizzie were both cunning and were likely plotting something if they had come all the way here just to say those things to Victor.
