"How the fuck am I going to handle this now," Jade let out while thinking of the fact that she's not sure she's ready to be a mother and to say one that's single was something she's not sure she can pull off because she was raised by a single mom, and had seen just how hard that is.

Plus the horrors of making her child grow up as she did only made things complicated for her.

Drew sat beside her, silently watching Jade as she continued to say stuff that he couldn't even understand.

He wanted to ask her what she's going to do now, but he refrained from asking and continued to watch her silently.

Jade's hands unconsciously wrapped around her tummy as her mind instinctively wandered back to the conversations she had with Eric when she went over to his house.

Now that she's thinking back to the conversation, she realized they never even had one because he was too mad at her to even give her a listening ear not after what she told him.
