Chapter 31: Feeling different

Still trying to figure out why I feel different, the door opens. It sounded like thunder in my ears. I tried to cover my ears. I could not, it was as if my hand was only on top of my head. Almost like a dog covering its ears from sound. Another load sounded this time like something fell on the floor.

Lifting my head, I could see Bruce with shocked eyes and a mouth that was not attached to his face would be on the floor. In front of him was a tray, food scattered around the floor.
