Five days later

Celestine's POV

Today is D-day. I'm going back to the mansions today. I'll finally see Lorenzo again. I can't fucking wait!

Lorenzo went back home two days ago. We decided that he goes back before I do. That way Cade won't think that we're still communicating.

At five in the morning, my bags are packed and shoved into the back of the cab that's taking me to the airport.

I say goodbye to Eve who's staying behind for two more days before she goes over to her mom's place where she will be staying for the holiday.

By seven, I'm seated in the plane with my headphones over my ears, gazing out the window as I fly back home.

Two hours later, I'm getting off the plane with my luggage and catching a cab back to the mansion. I feel so giddy. I'm not even jet lagged from the flight.

The car stops in the driveway and I open the door, get down from the car and open the truck to get my luggage. Then I roll my luggage on the brick ground towards the house.
