Ivanka pursed her lips at Vincenzo’s question.

She did not answer.

She was not referring to the fact that he was speaking flippantly. But rather, he was going off-topic.

He was asking her all these personal questions.

Her words should have already made it clear. If she said anything else, it would just affect the flow of their conversation and make things unpleasant between them.

The man did not get Ivanka’s reply, but he was in no hurry to press her for an answer either.
