Chapter forty six

Janet entered Sasha's office later, "tell me all about it and leave nothing out" she said as she made herself comfortable in the chair opposite her.

Sasha laughed "tell you what?" She feigned ignorance.

Janet gave her an unbelievable look before rolling her eyes, she leaned forward then, not letting anything dampen her enthusiasm, "how did Michael react when he saw the dinner you made?"

"Well" Sasha stalled.

"Well?" Janet urged and she laughed.

"Michael and I... I don't even know what is happening between us now but what I do know is that we are a little bit closer than the way we have ever been."

Janet closed her mouth as her eyes revealed how happy she was for her best friend, "I'm so happy for you. Did he lick his plate last night?"

"Ew, Janet" Sasha laughed "but with the look on his face, he enjoyed it. I never knew having a man eat the food you cook can be so heart satisfying."

"It is if you love the man and you my dear, is hopelessly in love with him."<
