Book 4: Thirty

Sasha’s felt like her jaw dropped to the ground as she stood staring at Michael who obviously was anxious about her reply and nervous as well. She closed her mouth, opened it to speak but ended up closing it again. She licked her lips because for some reason it seemed chapped, then she bit her lower lip and shook her head softly with a light chuckle. She took a deep breath and blew out through the mouth before looking up at him again. She chuckled once more and shook her head again. She blinked and looked into his crystal blue eyes one more time, “let me get this straight,” she finally found her voice, “you want us to start from the very beginning, like…we don’t know each other.”

“Yes,” Michael replied, glad that she finally said something, “the truth is,” he chuckled lightly and bit his lip, “I have never dated anyone in my life before and…I just realized that I would really love to have that experience. But I don’t want to have it with any other person, just you. You are my first ev
