Chapter five [ Poverty that recognizes no boundaries]
Nancy and Jason are gathering proof using stolen images from moving cameras and images taken during the farmers' insurgent operations.
Five years after the Hacienda authorities murdered the insurgent farmers, including their children, and raped their wife and daughter as they fled after taking the grains and livestock they had been raising on the Hacienda's property—a land area that at the time was almost 6,000 hectares in size—justices forced them to rise up.
Her four brothers were in the first grade at the time, and she was still a baby being breastfed by her mother. Jason was still away and had just gathered the legal evidence provided by the rebelling educated farmers who could provide authenticated evidence to the Department of Agrarian Reform office.
"It is revealed here how the landowner defrauded them following the supreme court's order of the land reform program announcing award certificates carrying an order releasing 1 hectare for every deserving farmer paying P40k installment plan," the statement reads.
Nancy asks Jason to explain it to her, her eyes welling up with tears of pain.
Jason continues, "At that time, all farmers were joyfully in tears because God had heard their prayers. But because other delinquent farmers refused to pay it, they failed to receive the one hectare of land that had been awarded to them. Perhaps because of Climate Change and unfavorable weather conditions causing floods and, weather pattern change that causes continuous rainy days, weeks, and months that destroy their crops and bring pests to their livestock.”
Jason displays several images and says, "It wasn't their fault, but the officer in charge who collected the cash harassed them, forced their spouses into sex objects, and raped their old farmer daughters. They abused their position as officers in charge of the hacienda."
“Look at this one, which was taken and photographed by the officer in command who teases the victims' companions, and these, which were taken by a farmer inside the victims' offices while posing as a servant and hacienda maintenance worker.”
Nancy is unable to look at the picture that Jason shows her of him forcing a lady to have sex with him inside a small house because of the horrific sight that her administrators caused.
"Their priorities were first the old and good farmers who had fought for years to get it. Shares of holders of the Hacienda land and shares of stocks did not fulfill the decisions coming from the supreme court. Instead, they slaughtered the beneficiaries and declared them missing or disappeared. This causes the young farmers to become delinquent and notoriously rob the Haciendas' grains and livestock which have been existing until you became one of the owners of the hacienda.”
After Nancy viciously attacked the thieves earlier that evening within the hacienda, Jason continued his narrator's revelation by revealing Nancy and letting her know about it.
"I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to do that. I'll never know how the suffering of the people throughout the previous administrations went unnoticed by my father and brothers."
Nancy stated in agony.
Jason instantly cut Nancy off by saying, "No, that's not true," and then went on to show Nancy images of her father when he was younger.
“Actually, you were trying to protect your people against them. You never know or me. Perhaps they were still on the verge of attacking one another to show you that they need one another to survive and the farmers in your covered area have to share their harvests with those who do not belong under your supervision which you mistook for enemies because the mountain people are being forced to live in conflict with one another.”
Jason tries to make sense of what he sees happening between the rebels and the farmers.
Jason said, "Look at these photos of your dad, Honey. He was with the officer in command while obtaining the payment from the farmers. He was carrying his gun as he rode on the black horse and he attacked the young farmers who failed to pay it.”
"What is he thinking?” Nancy asks questions.
"Because the officer in charge told him so many lies about the farmers who didn't fulfill their obligations. Not knowing that storms and floods caused the farmers to lose their harvest, he told his parents that they were idle and lazy. And your father felt angry at them." Jason does a good job of explaining how the administrations of the haciendas are characterized by falsehoods and deceit.
He also provided more information regarding the activities of their officer-in-charge.
Because your officer was unskilled and corrupt, they miscalculated the data and lost millions of dollars from the shares of stocks. I wanted you to examine these records inside the log book and the computations they made.”
The hours passed by so quickly as Jason attentively studied the material. Nancy, who was also growing tired, began to snore before Jason.
"Honey, are you still interested in doing some research?" Nancy refuses to reply as she closes her eyes to sleep. He queries her. He carefully assisted her in setting everything down and lying down on the plastic mat so she could rest.
“You are very precious in my heart because I love you, but you also need to be a nice person to be the mother of my kids, therefore you should learn how to balance everything and gently listen to your conscience and humanitarian reason.”
Since it was still dark and light seemed to be coming from farther away, Jason’s mused while trying to warm her. Jason made the decision to retain all the evidence in his bag and lie down next to Nancy to sleep.
Nancy has been reading from Jason's accumulated reports and information that has been legally provided to the government about the events in question. She is inconsolable with emotion as she reads about the young and elderly farmers who have suffered because of her ancestors' mistakes and injustices.
Nancy is contemplating and analyzing the circumstances she has just learned about from Jason, all the while asking herself a lot of questions.
Nancy poses her questions about Jason's identity, asking,
"How could he have obtained those kinds of documents."
“Why does he have all those proofs when we've only been friends for about a week?”
Nancy shuts her eyes and thinks as she feels Jason's warm embrace and hears him snoring as though he believes she is already asleep.
The accumulated records and proof of Jason raise some concerns for Nancy and cast doubt on his genuineness in their romantic relationship.
"I need to know if he really is on my side to protect me. But how could I know if he is really sincere," Nancy said. "It deeply inflicted my heart to think that my love has been against my management from the beginning and he just became my partner to tell me about his evidence. He might be on the side of the rebel group. I think I might be pregnant because I feel it.”
Nancy smiles as she closes her eyes before falling asleep soundly and temporarily forgetting all of her worries and troubles with Jason. Jason is gently holding Nancy as she drifts off to a deep sleep that early before dawn.
When Nancy opens her eyes, there is already a hint of the sunrise in the east. Jason is still holding her, acting as if he won't let her leave his strong arms that early in the morning. Nancy grabs her coat and slowly pulls away from him to look for her shoes. She gives him a kiss, but he doesn't wake up.
“If you don't believe me, we might wind up splitting up early. I love you, Jason. But I must find out who you are to my administration. Why do you possess those pieces of evidence of my former ancestors.?”
As the thought of their separation creeps into Nancy's consciousness, she feels the most agonizing sorrow she has ever known.
"Never mind, I still think that if we were meant to be, Time would find a way for us to be together again. I must settle all the differences with him before I leave."
After casting a glimpse at her beloved, who was still sound sleeping, Nancy made a bold decision. She then slowly turned to look in the distance while putting her shoes on.
As she turns to see, Jason is already running towards her to find out her thoughts on the recent concerns they had identified. She heard movement at her back.
“The decision still belongs to you because you are now in a position to handle them. I have not reviewed the evidence yet, Honey. Because I was not fully aware of the situation. I don't want to make drastic conclusions about the two sides and opposing parties.”
Jason quickly explains while holding Nancy's waist and gazing off into the distance at the wide area of land where the impoverished had been living.
"Jason, how did you manage to compile all of those data and information? "Nancy releases herself from his powerful arms that are encircling her body and asks him a serious question, staring straight into his eyes.
“They were groups of young farmers; I have no idea to which side they belong or where they came from. I just see them coming from the town proper and they were distributing paraphernalia and fliers around selling some high-tech appliances and modern farming too. You weren't here yet when they caught me observing through my binoculars from the mountaintop.” Jason responded without hesitation and without taking his time.
"Are you certain?” Nancy asks him in a hurry.
"Of course. I was unaware that they were worse enemies as I observed them first talking to one another like discussing any matters pointing to their properties and harvesting when suddenly groups of men and women arrived from the town area and immediately, they all scattered and threw each other stones, piles of wood to hit each other. They grabbed the sacks of rice and corn, and put the poultry inside the sacks, along with some small animals.” Then, as Jason narrated, “They made a U-turn to face the mob.
One of them approached and said,
‘Hello, would you mind keeping these files with you and submitting them to the appropriate city authorities? We don't have much longer to complete this.’ “A young man who appears to be in charge approaches me and instructs me to do so. After only a few weeks in this area, I was in a perilous situation when I came across you that night engaged in a conflict. I quickly grabbed my whipcord to defend you from those who were enraged to attack you. Since you were a part of the hacienda Administration, I knew they were mad at you.
Jason further explains.
"You mean to claim that all you wanted to do was look into the real problems?” Nancy probes Jason carefully in an effort to discern his motivations and feelings for her.
Jason says clearly as Nancy's eyes sparkle but she is still in a miserable situation because she is the administrator. "Not just to investigate. As I told you already, I like to protect you because my heart leaps and grows to ponder how you captivate my desires and heart with your bravery and stunning personality to protect your people makes me feel in love with you."
"How could I resolve these disputes knowing that you were involved? "Nancy yells, her eyes growing enraged.
Jason continues, thoroughly persuading Nancy, "Please don't get furious at me. It was not my fault to have this evidence. It was only an accident that they asked me to submit these documents to the city because they all know that I am not a Filipino."
Nancy asked Jason, who seemed to be having some argument, "Can you accompany me to them? I wish them to know that I am innocent of what my ancestors did to their ancestors and I like to make friends with them slowly."
“You are putting yourself in danger. It would be risky to approach them right now given their prior experiences working for your brother. “Jason remarked.
“Where are my brothers right now? I haven't seen them since I arrived here.” Nancy asks as Jason replies,
Jason says, "I advise that you pose as my wife and we are not a member of the administration. We will settle with them as tourists for around one or two days." Nancy quickly nods as the two begin the lengthy, slippery trek down to the tribal group.
As he made the suggestion, Jason grinned at Nancy and said, "Wait, you should wear a feminine outfit to convince them that we are a couple."
“Oh come on, I know what you think of me, but I should follow your orders since I need a lady's dress! "Nancy shouts.
Jason hands Nancy a lip sheen and says, "You just put your long hair down and apply lipstick. I have here one."
"Why do you have that crimson lip gloss on?” Nancy asks a question to him.
Jason responds immediately, "I just spotted it from the creek where your identical twin sisters were taking her sunbathing. "Nancy almost laughs out loud but controls herself and says,
In an effort to cover her doubtful expression, Nancy shouted, "Aha, good idea, you still remember my twin sister."
“He could find that we are just one," she says gently adding in loud voice,
However, Nancy emphasizes, "There's no doubt that you admire her because we both look alike.”
Jason clarifies right away, "No, you are different because I loved you before she showed up.”
Chapter Six [ The modified schemes]Now that Nancy is no longer in charge of the native tribal group community, Jason and Nancy are ready to execute their plan to visit there. Jason gave Nancy something from his bag pack before she put on her jacket.“Why is this needed?” She looks into it and asks Jason with curiosity.Jason gave the order, "You should put on that lady's dress first before we proceed on our voyage.""Where did you obtain that dress for a lady, honey?” Nancy asks a question. It was carried by the flowing fresh water down the streams as I was fishing for shrimp and crabs. I took it and dried it because it still looked brand-new and lovely, and I kept it.”Jason clarifies as Nancy laughs out loud once more, thinking that it is her dress that she left a week earlier. "Perhaps it was carried by a strong current when I left it since I was in a rush at the time," Nancy muses, unable to tell him that the dress is hers.Jason assured her, "It will fit you without a doubt, and
Chapter Seven [The initiatives time-framed for the Peace Talks offerings ]On that early morning trip with the youths into the mountains, Nancy is already dressed in Jason's clothing. Jason smiles."Seeing my fiancé wearing my attire from the mountains makes me feel like heaven.” Jason muses as they walk with the young people, "She doesn't realize that the mountain people knew me very well because I was with them wearing that attire which is in her body today. “His thoughts began to creep about in his head.“They won't hate you as much if they see you with me in that attire, honey. I enjoy the way you hold my clothes.”Nancy and Jason are walking alongside the group while holding hands and Jason is whispering to Nancy."What's wrong with your clothing I'm wearing? They fit my body, and I only took them because my own are still wet and I should have left them in your tree house”.Nancy smiles and adds that it appears she enjoys wearing Jason's clothes. Nancy asks her lover, "Are you wi
Chapter Eight [ His comparison made her split into two ]Even though Nancy has only ever eaten a piece of biscuit and a few sips of pure water from Jason's portable water container, she finds significance in all of her endeavors.“In the name of my beloved Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I offer up all these minor challenges and hardships for Your glory this holiday season, Father Almighty Living God. "As Jason grips Nancy's hands so tightly, she says a little prayer in silence, adding,"And God, I want to thank You for sending me this man who has always stood by my side when I have needed You the most. I recognized my human frailties and my propensity to give in to my flesh as weaknesses. We learn to love one another from you. However, You urged us to do it correctly, in the right manner, and at the appropriate time. Love is free of fear. I have faith and confidence in you to provide me with the time and resources I need to make up for my mistakes. God has pity on us because we had not
Chapter Nine [ The journey towards their goal]While Nancy changes back into her clothes once her fever has abated, Jason adjusts thethe remainder of the clothing in his vacation pack.“You have the same characteristics as the younger woman on the creek whose dress I stole,”Jason says, refusing to look away."How am I supposed to tell you apart from her when you're together? "He inquires."I cautioned you not to worry about it because we have never been together. "Nancy implies, trying to conceal her secret with her eyes.Following their nap together, the two began to descend after giving their pals, who appeared to be engaged in other activities, a quick message left on the corner of their tent. She questioned,After a while, Jason asked, "Where shall we begin, honey?" as he studied the map in his hands. He didn't reply, instead signaling with his hands for her to keep quiet and follow him.A fascinating, entrancing waterfall come into their weary eyes that late afternoonafter f
Chapter Ten [ The goal is tested]“The topic of the Hacienda farms, which had been long invaded by an unjust and incompetent administrator of my father, may not go over well with the audience,” Nancy reasoned as she already desired to disappear. She is not yet well suited to meet them in that manner since it would come across as a joke."What will I do next? Lord, please help me. I needed You now.” Nancy prays as she hides beneath the gloomy palm tree branches. Jason doesn't switch on his flashlight and keeps looking for her. He ought to conduct his investigation so Nancy is informed.Jason is thinking to himself as he searches for Nancy's hiding place, "I should know what Nancy discovered. They probably giving her twisted stories. I know that man and his two maiden companions. I saw them once somewhere. But I must recall where exactly is it."Jason is quite familiar with that circumstance and the locations where each tree is planted and flourishing."I know each owner of the small ho
Chapter Eleven [The lovers'💏 quarrels] After being released from Jason's misdeeds, Nancy is turning into nowhere to go and is sobbing in silence that night as her pale, dreadful face is covered in tears. As they continue to play their guitars and other musical instruments while expertly singing in a golden voice, the young masses never dare to argue. While the two maidens are dining on the native booze brewed out of coconut sap and turning intoxicated with their eyes already falling, the purported Nancy’s brothers' envoy continues to speak with the chairman about problems. This circumstance offers Nancy the best opportunity to visit the Chairman's wife again and continue talking about her ambitions for the neighborhood before she completely departs for law school in the city. Jason is still searching every nook and cranny for Nancy's potential hiding places. Still, he is unaware that she has already begun quietly infiltrating the neighborhood with the chairman's wife and siblings
Chapter twelve [ Gifts for each other's birthdays"I should immediately return home! "Nancy gloated and said,“If what the chairman's wife stated is accurate, I should get there before the representative of Kuya Raffy recognizes me here. Do you understand what I mean? I must find out what is happening to my ailing father. ” As she turns to face Jason, she says. Jason became so persistent to make amends with her after their lovers' argument."Okay, I'll go with you back home. Do you think I'll let the wildlife in the forests feed on you? You are the most important person in my life, honey. I will still love you forever even if you don't want to get married to me. I'll wait until you're ready to say yes, promise.”Nancy received a true display of love from Jason when he asked her,"Are you growing envious of those hot women that hang out with Mr. Rocafuerte? ”Nancy is resisting Jason's relentless efforts to reconcile as he is grinning as he touches her.“That's enough, Jason. If you'r
Chapter Thirteen [Family disagreements]After spending so many days showing off their naked bodies, Nancy and Jason swear an oath that early morning before dawn and leave no trace of shame.” You are now my bones and flesh of my flesh. You shall be my partner, my spouse, my wife, for you were taken out of me from the beginning.”After their soul bonds, Jason said. Finally, he anticipated Nancy's loyalty, adding,"You promise me to be faithful and remain in my love the rest of our life as you carry in your womb my own flesh and blood. And I also promise that I will always remain in our love even though they would tear us apart," Jason asks as Nancy startled responded,“Stop making empty promises, Jason. I know how susceptible you are to being influenced and succumbing to temptation. I already accepted that reality of human weaknesses as I also find it within myself. I should learn to understand and accept our human nature. What matters right now is that I have learned how to love and b
Chapter Ninety-three: [Timeless love blooms even when torn apart]Nancy's entire senses seemed to be ripped apart the minute she began to suffer in silence because the scene she was in could only be recreated in the film. She looks cruel as she pinches her painful flesh repeatedly, but the truth remained, stating,"I'm not simply dreaming; I'm fully conscious and presenting myself to the assembly of members of the royal family from the prehistoric dynastic empire." They believe Jo and Brandon to be theirs.Nancy affirms included.“Did they reincarnate and are currently residing in the present to demonstrate that there once were people and a dynasty who were still alive and actively producing offspring while physically inhabiting our planet Earth? "Nancy's fantasies became bizarre when she considered the possibility that extraterrestrial life may have descended to Earth and chosen to live among humans. She smiles involuntarily as the couple sitting next to her sees how happy she is a
Chapter Ninety-two [Blooming love separates]Nancy eagerly considers the ruminating thoughts that are preventing her from finding calm. After some time, Nancy approaches a man that she does not yet identify as her own husband while pretending to be a poor housekeeper and a slave. They can sense the sparks of unsaid happiness every time their eyes connect, but there is something between them that generates blind spots that are like invisible protective veils that block out the truth.Despite the fact that everything they are looking for is already here, they are all unintentionally separated from one another by invisible protective veils that prevent them from seeing each other in front of their eyes. Even if the love in each person's heart is still developing deeply, they are still blind. In reality, they have no choice but to smile mindlessly. Nancy smiles broadly as she speaks, and Jason's gaze is drawn to the photo within his lone source of origin—his own cell phone, which was disc
Chapter Ninety-one: The unavoidable circumstances of Life Nancy's current circumstances are significantly impacted by the past tragedy that befell the Global Mission team, which was made up of professional law graduates from international law schools. This could cause her to process her new investigation assignment more slowly than she needs to, which could delay its completion."Since Brandon showed up here unannounced, I'm sure the next incident will materialize on its own and provide me with the verifiable details I need for my report. The man the couple mentioned is my acquaintance and companion from past mission events, so I won't require confirmation anymore.Nancy releases a big smile after sighing and gasping for fresh air to take a deep breath, adding, "Maybe I can kill two birds with one shot from my rifle gun. I can also leave this place and pursue my previous objective, even though I won't get any money. But justice for my spouse, whose personal goal as a secret agent wa

Once the form is completed, send it to the human resources representative. Allow me to sign the recommendation ahead of time to prevent any interference or complaints. You are applying to be an investigative officer so that, if necessary, you can gain access to other offices and departments. I am aware of your discreet nature. Wishing you luck! I'll offer you a weekly allowance in advance in the interim. You understand that you needed the money and that you are merely doing a good job of paying me while you turn in your research reports? Alright, Atty Nancy, you search for a spot here.”After providing her with additional advice on how to interact with the office workers and discover all the benefits and drawbacks of the hospital,.While Doctor So is repairing his legal paperwork and signing all of the pending medical certificates and diagnostic resul
Chapter Eighty-nine [ Assuming a disguise]Jason Steven Chang, who subsequently went by John Steve, spent a lot of time on social media and the internet using his cell phone connected to the hospital's free Wi-Fi in the psychiatric department office. He did this until around midnight, when he started to feel sleepy.Nancy Coronel Chang is also being held in a different department of the hospital, her arms numb from exhaustion from a previous unanticipated accident caused by a misinterpretation of reading the location map history where the helicopter pilot dropped her off in Jason's home country.Nancy was still asleep when Jason ended his midnight internet search since the doctor had given her sedatives when she had decided to enter the workforce and had also granted her access to the computer station that Jason had been using to research his ancestry. Chapter Eighty-eight [ Despite appearing far apart, the couple is close] Nancy is rushing in the early morning hours to get her personal travel clothes, which she views as a way for the global team to identify themselves as members of the mission group. With her hands grasping the surfaces beneath her bed, the tables, and the cupboard, she planned to remove her patients' ward garments, but she was unable to locate it when the designated staff nurse arrived to see every patient in that ward. One room contains four patients, each with their own bed. A staff nurse grinned and spoke, "Dear patients, good morning! I will change every piece of bedding you have, including the blankets and bed sheaths, as well as the clothes on your patients, today. To freshen your entire body, wipe with a warm towelette soaked in a solution of lukewarm water and disinfectant before proceeding with the tasks at hand. They are able to help those who have a watcher but are still unable to complete it. Hurry up
Chapter Eighty-seven [ The meeting of the separated pair] The Lawyers Global Mission Team dispersed when Nancy vanished due to the helicopter pilot's inability to read the map indicating her drop spot after being bitten by a snake. When they arrive at the location where the doctor must rest with Nancy, it is already dawn. She is still feeling sleepy and is unable to see her surroundings, but she is aware that something new is happening and is unable to resist her fading vision and energy loss, which could cause her to pass out. "Huh, wow, what a hassle!” Nancy moans, heard by the doctor as he turns to her while he is eating the remaining cookies he brought after a long journey to distant mountainous terrain. "Hello, is there anything unpleasant you'd like me to swiftly remedy, Ma'am?" The doctor helps to balance everything related to bodily functioning when he touches her jaw and chin. She battles to get past everything that keeps her from collapsing once more and transforms into
Chapter Eighty-six [Map Readers] Nancy and Brandon found bundles of paperwork and documents inside the tree home that Jason had constructed as a hiding place a year prior. But no one knew for sure at the time the international team took Nancy to the nearest facility whether the paperwork they had left behind would disprove Jason's guilt for the crimes the police had accused him of. Despite the discomfort Nancy experienced, her mind stays in the tree house, and everything that happened flashes back to her consciousness. She eventually passed out again while being carried to the helicopter by her teammates on a stretcher. However, Brandon no longer gives a damn about anything. Right now, saving Nancy's life is his first priority. Further details will come later. The night they found the bundles of documents, everyone left the place unlocked, but Brandon is no longer bothered about it. Everyone remains silent, as no one is brave enough to discuss the latest problems because they are u
Chapter Eighty-five [Recollections of eternal love affairs]After remembering the tree house that Jason built on the highest mountain terrain in the southwest of one of the main provinces of the Pearl of the Orient, Nancy Coronel Chang has now safely landed on the surface of the ground using the parachute that her teammates provided for her to reach the exact location that day after Christmas. After a year of absence from her birthplace, she takes a deep breath and looks around to see what has changed. She is overjoyed to see the location of her birth—the farmers who have begun to restore their recently collapsed farm houses, the tall trees that are drooping down the ground, and the debris that has been left behind by the ongoing volcanic eruption that has erupted, spewing hot molten materials and flaming lava.Nancy observes that there is an existing volcanic eruption that can also result in secondary occurrences like rain-accompanied mudslides, landslides, and floods.Nancy watches
