As soon as we were all in the conference room, Alpha Arnou took his seat with the rest of us and turned on the television. Eivin put the video on, and all of the Alphas and Beta Rule watched the entire event, including me talking to the alligator. When I levitated the alligator, all three of the local Alphas looked like they wanted to admonish me for approaching it, until I started asking it questions and it started answering. Then their mouths dropped. It stayed that way until my conversation with Zaros. That's when they all got serious. They were listening intently to my words, when I felt the sparks of Damien's arm around me.

When the video ended, Damien beamed, "That's my mate, always thinking out-of-the-box." Alpha Arnou insisted, "Vampires, huh? You realize we are natural enemies." I explaine

Anna smiled, "I kinda hope we do. That would show all of the town that we can all live together in peace." Yara grinned, "I will tell Abby that she needs to talk to your parents. There are things the two of you need to know soon." Anna sighed, "It's just us and my mom. My dad was killed by a drunk driver." Yara smiled, "Okay. We can speak with your mom when we take you home, this evening." Damien asked, "Yara, will you please let Abby come forward? We really need to talk to her now." Yara agreed, "Yes, Alpha. Your wish is my command." She winked at Damien, and I came forward. Damien was still chuckling when I came forward. I cringed as I asked, "What did she say?" Damien laughed, "She was well behaved. I am pretty proud of her."  I askedAnna, "Is there anything else you need to ask me?" She replie

We said goodbye to Alpha Erick and Alpha Ryne, then Alpha Arnou, the kids, Damien and I got in a van and left for the human town. While we were on our way, I noticed Anna was agitated. I reached for her hand and held it, "Sweetie," I soothed, "Everything is going to be okay. I'm sure it's all going to be just fine. Your mom knew that your dad was a werewolf. She had to know that you guys could be wolves too." She asked, "But why hasn't she told us yet?" I smiled, "Honey, she's human. Plus, look at where you live, with all the Rougarou talk. I'm sure it was to protect you. There is a lot that she knows nothing about, as far as things that happen with young wolves. You guys are going to need a pack, or you will go insane." We arrived at city hall and the council was there, but only Steven's parents were there. Alpha Arnou thanked them for allowing him to come out to the pack. They nodded, "We are looking forward to seeing the video. These kids have talent." Alpha Arnou agreed,

After talking with the city council, it was settled that construction would begin on the water park as soon as the construction company was available. We gave them the link to the video. We watched it with them, and they were very impressed. One council member suggested, "I think I want to put this on the city's social media accounts as well as show it at all city meetings. This shows that you are not the monsters they think you are. It also talks about where the Rougarou originated from. They will be relieved to know that the Rougarou was taken out by werewolves to protect humans." We agreed that it would be a great idea. Alpha Arnou told them that Sergio's parents signed over custody of Sergio to him. They relinquished their parental rights. He showed them the paperwork and they made a copy for their records. The female council member smiled, "I'm so glad you are taking him. They are horrible parents. We couldn't do anything about it, because he never told anyone." Alpha Arnou tol

I nodded, "That's unconventional, but that would be fine." We all got in, and Alpha Blaze sat across from Damien and me. Alpha Blaze started, "I know this sounds so weak, but I know my Beta's mate is trying to take my position. She's a tyrant though. It was her that had the part about special wolves in the alliance agreement." I invited, "Would you like to go to our pack to train? I can sense a special wolf. I am one." He agreed, "That would be great." I suggested, "Mind link your Beta and we can go right now. Can an omega pack a bag for you?" He nodded, "Already done. She is right there." I looked at Ely and asked, "Can you check his bag for bugs and cameras? I don't trust them." Ely got out and checked the bag. He found two of each. He smashed them in front of the Beta Female and gave her a mean look. He then put the bag in the back and flipped her off as he got in. She looked furious. Alpha Blaze worried, "I just hope I have a pack when I get back. I asked, "How is your Gamma? Is

After a snack, the omega who was doing our alliance agreement said it was on Damien's desk. I told her, "Thank you so much," and we all got up. I told Damien to take them in the conference room and I will get the agreement from his office." I got the alliance agreement and went to the conference room. When I walked in, I heard Alpha Blaze ask Gabriel about his Future Luna statement. I heard Gabriel explain the whole thing to him and Alpha Blaze praised, "That is a great way to do it. It also tells me a lot about you. It tells me that you have a close pack too. I already told Alpha Damien that I want that for my pack. As far as I'm concerned, the more time I spend in yours and Alpha Damien's presence, the better Alpha I will be." I smiled as I walked in, “Let's get this alliance agreement signed and we can all go over to meet Zayna and get you settled in at Gabriel's pack." We all signed the agreement, I made two more copies for Gabriel and Blaze, then we all got in a Hummer

When we got back to the packhouse, I called Gabriel and told him that I need to speak with Zayna and Alpha Blaze together. He chuckled, "Hon, I think they might be busy right now. I mean the kind of busy that I wouldn't want to disturb." I chuckled, "Alrighty then. Would you please have them call me as soon as they can? I really need to talk to them. We had an incident here that requires Alpha Blaze's attention and I think Zayna might want to be a part of this too." Gabriel agreed, "Sounds like fun. Can I be a part of the call too?" I laughed, "sure." Gabriel shouted, "Sweet! I will let them know as soon as they come up for air." I laughed, "or you could send Zayna a quick mind link and let her know it's important, but not an emergency." Gabriel agreed, "I can do that." "It's no rush." I said, "The incident is locked up tight in our dungeon. The longer she suffers, the better... trust me." Gabriel asked, "What? Who is in your dungeon?" I told him, "It's Alpha's former Beta F

Damien and I said our goodbyes to our guests, and we walked up to our suite. I was in my closet trying to figure out if this was going to be a formal thing, or what. Then I remembered the note the messenger gave me. I held up the note and suggested, "Better read this before we get ready. We may not like what it says." Damien agreed, "We should've read it before we accepted the invitation, if that's the case." I chuckled, "I guess you're right." I opened the note, and it was an invitation to attend a formal dinner with the king of vampires and Izzoth Margon, King of Demons. "Shit," I shook my head, "This is a dinner with the King of Demons too." Yara smiled, "Don't worry, hon. Selene's plus one is King Uther." I smiled, "Sweet! The Moon Goddess is bringing King Uther as her plus one." Damien laughed, "Let's see who has the best friends." I laughed, "I'm going to get in the shower. Looks like this is a formal thing." He asked, "Okay. Can I choose your dress?" I said, "Yes, but please

I look at Damien and he has a smirk on his face. He chimes in, "My fiancée has had more people than I can count underestimate her, and all have regretted it... if they lived to regret it. Would you like to see how the last brother died? I have video. He even tried to send alligators after her first!" I couldn't help but notice the pride in his voice and it made me smile. I do love pleasing my mate. Damien pulled out his phone and Alaric said, "No need to show me. I know, too well, what this little one is capable of." I stood, "Do NOT let my size fool you. I can, and will, turn you into a pile of ash where you sit." I sat back down, "So, would you rather be friends or enemies?" King Izzoth smiled, "I think we could be friends." I took the folder and added his name and species to it and added a line for him to sign. I handed the folder to him, and he signed. I looked at King Alaric and he scoffed, "I will sign. I do not wish to make the same mistakes as my brothers." I handed

Twenty Years Later I’m sitting in my favorite spot with my mate sitting behind me in my favorite lounge chair. We are both drinking our morning coffee as two mountain lions walked up to the deck. They both bowed to us, and I smiled, “Good morning, Dusty. Good morning, Lilly.” Dusty found his mate in his own pack on his sixteenth birthday. We had a party for him that night and he introduced her to all of us. She is such a sweet girl I really couldn’t wish for anything better for him. Robert and Katie are so proud of them. They had four children and they only have two still at home. I am so proud of the parents they are. The two children that have already found their mates and left are absolutely awesome. Linden found his mate and decided to build another house close to our land. His mate understands that he needs to be close to family and his siblings are all he has left. His father passed away when my triplets were only two years old. It was an extremely hard time for him. We made s

Robert and Katie laughed and shook their heads as Robert smiled, “Now that would make me rethink my choice to be a parent.” I laughed, “I think she did.” Just then, Calista ran out onto the deck, “Good morning, mom.” She sat in my lap and hugged me tightly. I turned her around and introduced her to them. She smiled, “It’s very nice to meet my Uncle Dusty’s parents. I love him so much!” Katie smiled, “I’m so glad you love him, Calista.” I asked Calista, “Is anyone else up?” She smiled, “Dad is up with Raze and Eva.” I laughed, “Is Willow awake yet?” She shook her head, “She was sleeping peacefully when I came out.” I smiled, “Thank you. I guess you would like some breakfast, huh?” She smiled and shook her head shyly. I smiled, “Okay.” Then I turned to Robert and Katie, “Would you like to join us?” They agreed and followed me and Calista into the house. I cooked a big breakfast and had it all laid on the table. As soon as it was all prepared, it sounded like a herd of horses coming down

When Taylor was done feeding the boys, Evan and I took the boys in the living room to visit with everyone else. Uncle Dax was the first to hold out his arms. Evan smiled as he held out the first baby boy, “You are now holding Cain, and the boy mom is holding is Dylan.” After Doctor Harper was done with Taylor, I walked with her to another guest room in the house and smiled, “I remember how all I wanted after all that was to take a shower. Is that what you would like?” She replied, “Definitely.” I smiled, “You go ahead and take a shower. That shower has a bench in it so you can sit. I would highly recommend using it. I will get you some clothes.” I opened the closet door and found a perfect pair of soft sweatpants and a t-shirt that looked lusciously oversized. I grabbed a pair of underwear and a bra and put them on the bed. When Taylor walked out of the bathroom in a towel, I asked, “Feeling better?” She smiled, “That did feel better.” I got you a comfy pair of sweats and an oversized

Seven months later… Taylor and Evan are staying in the guest house with dad and Linden. Taylor wants me to be there for her when she gives birth. She’s afraid Evan is going to pass out. Evan agrees with her, but he still wants to be there for her and to see his babies being born. He swears we will try his hardest to stay conscious. We all laugh and Elliot smiles, “I don’t blame you, dude. I almost passed out a few times.” We were all eating breakfast one morning when Taylor gasped, “Oh dear. I’m pretty sure I’m in labor.” I smiled, “Evan, you need to be keeping track of how far apart the contractions are. Let us know when they are around five minutes apart. Taylor, you need to tell him when each contraction starts and ends. Okay?” She nodded in reply and I called Doctor Harper. Doctor Harper said she would start driving here now, so we will be ready. Wow. The whole family showed up! Within 2 hours, Elliot and I were sitting in the living room with dad, my mom, Evan’s parents, Aidint

I laughed, “I understand completely.” Calista smiled, “I can sing for you, Uncle Dusty.” He looked at me and I nodded, “Trust me… You want to hear this.” Dusty nodded, “I would love to hear you sing.” Calista started singing the most beautiful and relaxing song I have ever heard and Dusty looks so relaxed and happy. When the song ends, Dusty chuckles, “Calista, you are awesome!” She smiles proudly, “I’m a mermaid/wolf hybrid and an omega. My mom and dad rescued me from my old alpha. He kept me in a tiny room under the stairs in his packhouse. He was planning on marking and mating me. They rescued me just in time.” Dusty asked, “What happened to your family?” She looked down at her hands in her lap, “My old alpha killed my parents and my brother. My parents hid me, but I saw him rip my brother’s head off. But I have mom and dad now and I have the best family ever. I have LOTS of uncles and grandparents and now I have a brother and SISTERS! I really am a lucky girl.” Dusty pulled her clo

One week later… Mom spent the night with us last night because mommy, daddy and sister all needed to get a full night of sleep. We were all starting to get quite cranky. I don’t think I was ever more thankful for my mom when she offered to stay overnight. After feeding the babies at eight pm, I went straight to bed. I think Calista went to bed before I did and Elliot was waiting for me in bed when I got there. We all slept like rocks and I didn’t wake up the entire night. It was my best night’s sleep since the night before I gave birth to all of them. Don’t get me wrong, I love all three of my newborns. But they are definitely little sleep robbers! Ladies, let me give you a bit of advice. When other women tell you to sleep when they sleep, LISTEN! Trust me, it makes perfect sense. If the things you need to do can wait, do it. They have been wearing us all out. Raze has an insatiable appetite. We were at the grocery store yesterday, and a little older lady heard Raze’s hungry screams.

I held her close to me, “I don’t care how many little girls we give birth to; you will always be our baby girl. You just won’t be the only one anymore. Okay?” She smiled as she snuggled closer to me, “I like that idea.” I smiled, “Me too.” Then I asked her, “What do you think of being a big sister now that you’ve seen your new brother and sisters?” She giggled, “I am going to have so much fun. Especially with Eva! She’s like me!” I started yawning and Elliot sighed, “Are you ready to get some sleep, love?” I shrugged, “Yeah, I better sleep while I can. Doctor Harper left some formula on the counter with the bottles. There are plenty of diapers in the nursery next to our room. Would you please turn on the baby monitor before you come to bed?” Elliot smiled, “We have plenty of help, love.” I reminded him, “Doctor Harper told me to alternate between formula and breast milk. Next feeding, you all can feed them, but please wake me to feed them when they wake to eat after that.” Mom nodded,

I suddenly felt fear wash over me and I was almost paralyzed. What if I’m a horrible mom? I mean I would never do what Dahlia did to me, but what if I don’t develop that mother-child bond? I’m scared to death but then Elliot leans to comfort me and says in low voice into my ear, “You’re going to be fine, love. You are nothing but kind and nurturing. You’ve worked wonders with Calista. You have nothing to fear, baby. You also have tons of help at your fingertips.” I smiled as he kissed my forehead, “You always know exactly what I need to hear. I love you so much.” With that, I felt my stomach get tight and I lifted my torso to bear down, pushing to help our first baby through the birth canal. Doctor Harper encouraged, “That was a really good one, Elisa. Need another push.” Another contraction hit and I started pushing again. I was pushing and felt a sudden reduction in pressure. Doctor Harper smiled, “Here is your prince!” Our little boy started wailing as his father cut the cord, “He’

I sat in the living room with my feet up with dad, Elliot, Evan, Linden and Max. I was trying to relax, but my back started hurting. The ache started moving around to my belly and I could feel my belly squeezing tightly. It wasn’t so painful that it was alarming, it just really caught my attention. I raised my shirt to expose my belly as another contraction hit. As my belly contracted, I tapped Elliot to get his attention. As we both looked down at my belly, Elliot gasped as the babies were clearly visible as my belly squeezed around them. He asked, “That looks like it hurts so bad, and you are just sitting there looking at it. You are tougher than I am.” I laughed, “My back hurts worse than my belly.” Doctor Harper walked in, “Don’t get used to it. It won’t stay this way.” I looked up at her, smiling, “It will all be worth it. I can’t wait to meet them.” Doctor Harper smiled, “You are going to be such a great mother.” I asked, “Do you think a numbing spell would be a good idea?” She
