The old woman looked at Wilbur and grabbed him by the arm. "You hit me, young man! Take me to the hospital."

Wilbur frowned. It was just his luck that he would run into something like this.

What did he have to do with this at all? His car had not moved in the slightest, and this old lady was claiming he had hit her. That was so unfair!

He said, "I can take you to the hospital, but let's be clear here. I didn't hit you."

"You have to be responsible for what you've done, young man! You clearly hit me, how could you say you didn't?"

The old woman grabbed Wilbur's shirt tightly as if she was clinging on for dear life.

Wilbur sighed in exasperation. The old lady had sprained her ankle from her fall and might have even broken her ankle.
