Chapter 162: Hidden Revelation

Rosy froze in place going through the documents Marcus had given her as he drove away from her compound.

"There is no going back," she whispered under her breath

"What did the document say," Lyla asked stretching her neck to take a peep at the content of the document

Rosy dropped the document to the ground and Lyla quickly picked up the scattered papers on the floor. The first thing she saw was the eviction notice and she looked at the other documents. The company's board of directors cast a vote against her.

"OMG, they fired you," Lyla screamed "and they are taking everything from you. So, you have nothing?" she asked, looking at her bewildered.

Rosy had not recovered from the shock and hence did not hear a word of what Lyla said. She stood rooted to the entrance where Marcus had handed her the documents from the company. Lyla was pacing up and down behind her as she went on and on whining
