Chapter 4 - Longing For Her

last update Last Updated: 2021-08-20 04:36:12

Miguel woke up in the morning, around seven o'clock. It was Saturday, the weekend and no work, and he was usually sleeping until 12 o'clock then, but today just couldn't sleep anymore and wasn't able to get up either. Miguel felt so exhausted as if he wasn't sleeping at all, or someone had literally sucked the energy out of him. He lied down on the bed for an hour, lost in thought. Pain, suffering and despair that he felt just yesterday now have vanished as if they had been sucked out with energy. All Miguel had before his eyes was the face of this mysterious stranger who had visited him during the night. Or was it a dream? But it felt so real... He was sure that could feel the silk of her skin, every fiery kiss, breath, remembered the rose scent of that fluffy hair cascading down her bare back and shoulders... And most of all, Miguel felt as she took his hard cock in her mouth, sucking persistently and making him come quickly, despite all his efforts to prolong this delightful moment. No, it couldn't just be a dream.

Miguel lied down there for another hour, until nine, when suddenly heard the doorbell. He got out of bed with a slight difficulty, because was still weak. As Miguel somehow made his way to the hall, he heard Juan's familiar voice from outside the door.

- I told you, Mari, he's asleep at this time. We'll be back around twelve, okay?- his friend said pleadingly.

- But I can't take it anymore. I need to know about how is he. You didn't even see the look on his face yesterday when you talked about our engagement. I'm really worried about him.- Maria Rosa's answered with a worried voice.

She is here. Wonderful, just what he needed right now. However, the pain he felt at hearing her voice was much less than before.

-"Maybe it won't be that bad..."- thought Miguel, walking slowly to the door and lazily opening it.

- Finally! You're alive!- Maria rushed toward him, hugging him lightly.

Juan cleared his throat slightly. Maria pulled away and only now noticed that Miguel was in a barely tied robe, showing a naked torso and shorts. She became a bit confused and looked at Juan, who in turn turned to Miguel.

- You know, Mari told me that our message clearly broke you. We wanted to check out how you feel and maybe cheer you up somehow.- he explained the reason for their sudden visit. There was concern in Juan's eyes as well.

- Exactly. How are you feeling?- Maria Rosa looked at him with sympathetic eyes. So she really felt guilty about his despair... But he really didn't want to make her unhappy, especially if Maria was about to marry a man she loved.

- I'm fine.- Miguel replied and somehow today these words came to him with remarkable ease, because that was what he really felt, even smiled broadly at the end.

Maria Rosa and Juan looked at him with a slight shock on their faces showing that his smile must have looked as sincere as ever.

- Really?- Juan choked out first, giving him an incredulous look.

- Yes, really. Anything else?- Miguel asked with an extraordinary ease, which he himself was amazed at.

- So that means you'll be at our wedding?- Maria asked shyly, handing him a nicely decorated invitation with a date, time and place.

- Sure.- Miguel took the invitation from her hands, smiling like never before. At one point, he saw in his mind this woman who had visited him last night, and to his great surprise, it even occurred to him that Maria Rosa could not compare with her in any detail.

- So we will be pleased to see you at our wedding. We'll go now, we've got a lot to do.- Juan said, dragging Maria with him.

- See you later.- they both said as a goodbye.

- Bye.- Miguel answered them and closed the door. He placed the invitation on the table and then returned to the bed. There he only thought about the mysterious stranger, hoping that would meet her again. And, as absurd as it sounded, Miguel was a strange feeling that he would see her more than once.

Later, Maria Rosa and Juan filled out invitations and addressed envelopes to guests who they could not hand them in personally.

- You think your father is coming? When we visited him and you introduced me as future fiance and wife, he was not happy.- Maria spoke up, addressing the envelope to the future father-in-law.

- He won't do it to me.- replied Juan shortly.- Maybe you don't meet his standards, because you were born into a poor family, but he owes me that after divorcing my mother, he was not interested in my fate throughout my childhood and only showed up when I was supposed to go to high school... My father has to come.- he added, frowning slightly. Still, Juan was worried because he couldn't be sure. Maybe his father will stop contacting him again? With this man, any scenario was possible and that at times it annoyed Juan, because he always felt like being on an emotional roller coaster. His father was generally a weird man and it was hard to tell if he cared about you or not. Juan always received conflicting signals at each meeting with him.

- I hope it will be as you say.- Maria said softly, seeing his expression. Perhaps she had met his father only once, but immediately realized what kind of man he was, and besides, Juan had warned her about what he was like. She wanted to make some sort of understanding with Juan's father, but it seemed impossible, at least for the time being. Maria did not like this situation because she usually got along easily with people, even the difficult ones. Juan's father, however, was the only exception to this rule so far.

Maria sighed slightly and then went back to addressing the envelopes, so there was a longer silence between them as they both focused on their task.

Miguel finally got out of bed later in the afternoon, unable to bear the persistent thoughts of that mysterious woman. He did not knew why felt such a great sadness... suffered... Like after the departure of Maria Rosa, or maybe even more, but it didn't make sense. After all, Miguel didn't know this woman at all, anything about her, he spent only one night with her (but what a night!), so why so much suffering? Everything made no sense to him, including his life. Even after Maria Rosa left, Miguel did not have such a strong sense of nonsense and suicidal thoughts. How was it possible that such a short time with someone made him obsessed with this mysterious stranger?

However, Miguel quickly realized that he would never find her, because didn't even know where to look. The happiness that filled him since this morning suddenly vanished somewhere. Miguel left the meal he had hardly prepared for himself on the table, got dressed, left the apartment, ran downstairs and finally found himself in front of the tenement in which he lived, then got into the car and started driving immediately.

Nadir was sitting motionless on the couch in her cave. She had no idea what to do and was constantly thinking about that man and couldn't stop. Nadir had definitely made a huge mistake - seeing her prey awake, she should have disappeared, evaporated like camphor. How could she let him see her after waking up? Nadir lost both of them by her irresponsible behavior. If Lilith found out about it (if she wanted to browse Nadir's mind), she would surely kill him, because that was the only way to cure a succubus of this idiotic addiction, as her "mother" called it. For Lilith, it was a defect that had occurred in the creation of succubus, and she couldn't get rid of it, even though tried many times. Therefore, she repeatedly told each succubus to remember the rules and not let their victim see themselves while him being awake. Lilith also had any such incidents reported to her immediately so that she could, as soon as possible, get rid of the man who saw one of the succubus after waking up.

Nadir was never in such a situation, for she was the most cautious of all succubus and always felt very proud of it. She knew Lilith would be more than usual disappointed to hear that she was the one who had let herself be carried away by the lust and forgot to be careful. Her, Nadir, the most careful succubus in the Underworld! This very thought effectively kept her from reporting what had happened. Besides, Nadir had the strange feeling that she didn't want this man dead. Something was clearly wrong with her, if she cared about the fate of some miserable human being.

Unable to bear it, Nadir got up and left her cave. She wanted to go to the surface as soon as possible to find this man and decided that there was no point in fighting this "addiction", because mind and body gave her no choice anyway.

After half an hour of silence, Maria couldn't stand it. She was concerned about Miguel's behavior, though couldn't explain why. However, Maria always trusted intuition, which never failed her.

- Juan, I'm really worried.- she began shyly.

- About what again?- her fiance asked her fondly.

- This morning Miguel was acting weird. He was suddenly so... happy.- Maria replied.

- I guess that's a good thing, we should be happy.- Juan smiled.

- But he was completely broken until yesterday evening.- Maria said, raising her tone a little.

- Maybe something happened that made him so happy? Maybe he fell in love?- Juan said, pleasantly surprised at his discovery, which would perfectly explain his friend's sudden change in behavior.

- You really think so?- Maria asked, slowly analyzing the option.

- Yes. Don't worry about him, Miguel will probably introduce his new girlfriend to us soon.- Juan replied, smiling broadly.

Maria also smiled. She believed that Miguel was simply in love. Maria wanted to believe it so much, that thought made sense and made her very happy, because he fully deserved happiness after suffering so much because of her.

Why are you in such a hurry?- he said, looking at her with his eyes that turned their color to one of the azure sky.- It's not your business.- Nadir hissed and, surprisingly, she said it with remarkable ease. As if his charm had no effect on her. Samael's face showed that he was also surprised by this fact, even frowned and looked her straight in the eye.- Maybe you should be more polite?- he said and a smile appeared on his face. Apparently Samael was trying to influence her senses with his charm, but Nadir didn't even flinch. She felt no chills, not even a hint of desire, as if Samael's charm was no longer working on her.- I don't have time to talk to you. And I'd be grateful if you stepped out of the way.- Nadir told him right in the face as brazenly as ever, which shocked her a little.- I can't let you go because you owe me someth

She heard his every thought and realized that her whisper was stimulating his senses. Nadir wanted to kiss him very much, but knew she had to stop herself. Each kiss deprived him of his life energy, and after the last night with her, he was still weak.- Nice to meet you. Why did you disappear so suddenly yesterday? I missed you so much...- Miguel looked at her and his eyes showed sadness. Fortunately, he had moved far back from the precipice and they were now standing closer to the trees.- I had to. What I did then seemed quite wrong to me... I was wal

Samael was wandering around the Underworld, not really knowing what to do with himself. He was looking for Nadir because knew that only she could satisfy the desires that Lilith had awakened in him. No other succubus was so appealing, not even the new ones that had just been created. Besides, Samael was like that - if had already found a succubus desired to have, he became slightly obsessed and could not move on to the next one until took over what he had chosen. Therefore also now, if wanted Nadir, he had to get her, and only venting his lust would make Samael pay attention to another "victim". He did not understand how Nadir could resist him for so long, when most of the succubus were jumping into his bed almost right away, always out of their free will, and only for a few he had to do more to seduce them. Even for those ones, however, a glance, a word or a touch was enough, and they already were in his arms. Most succubus also considered it a kind of honor if Samael chose them as

The next day, Nadir woke up in the early morning. The sun was breaking through the slits in the louvers, filling the entire living room with its rays.- I don't think I'll ever get used to it.- she said to herself, rubbing eyes lightly with her hand. After all, Nadir had spent all her life in the Underworld, and to feed she would always go out at night, returning before sunrise, so she was not used to it, and the sun's rays striking her eyes were not pleasant. Nadir got up and pulled the blinds all the way down, then folded the couch she slept on and stowed the sheets in it.While still in her nightgown, Nadir looked into Miguel's bedroom. He was lying almost on the edge of the bed, the duvet was on the floor, so she smiled and walked softly inside. Nadir picked up the duvet and laid it on the bed, covering Miguel tightly with it, then looked at him for a while, lightly touching his hair, but soon slipped out of the room. Nadir wasn't going to wake him, not least beca

The next day Nadir was awakened by the sun's rays again, and she still couldn't get used to it. It was eight in the morning, which meant Miguel had been in the office for an hour, but he had left a note for her on the kitchen table, and also a full breakfast. How kind of him that was. Nadir knew Miguel was a great man. Nadir wanted to repay him for it, but she also knew what would make him happy, and that was out of the question. She couldn't get any closer to him because it would weaken him too much. The kiss itself was dangerous, let alone something more than that. They could only hug each other or hold hands at most. The sad truth made her sigh. Nadir also wanted to be as close to Miguel as possible, to give him the love he so needed and surely deserved... But how could she do that without hurting him? Was there a way to do this? She would do anything to answer these questions someday. Finally Nadir broke her thoughts and started getting dressed, had breakfast, and went out

Nadir woke up in the morning terribly confused. She felt as if was drunk, except not with alcohol, but life energy. The last time Nadir felt something like this was when she was still a young succubus and out of greed was able to kill her victims, depriving them of all life energy. Miguel was sleeping right next to, visibly weakened, which made her add two and two.- What have I done yesterday...- Nadir whispered, terrified. Immediately the images from the previous evening started coming back to her. It was the best and worst night of her life at the same time. Nadir remembered feeling wonderful, but as she looked at Miguel now and watched his horribly weak aura, she felt terrible. Then she looked at the bedside table. The clock was already showing 9 am, so Nadir called Miguel's office to explain his absence. Her voice was as charming as her looks, so his boss immediately believed her, then Nadir called the bar where she worked, and it went smoothly there as well. Nadir kn

Another week passed quickly. During that time, it turned out that Miguel's blood tests didn't show anything disturbing. According to the doctor, he was completely healthy, but it did not rule out that the reason for his weakness could be stress and overwork, or that it was generally more psychological in nature. Nadir still felt a great deal of guilt for lying to Miguel, but telling him the truth was out of the question - it was hard to tell how would he react to the news that his beloved was a demon and Nadir didn't want to lose him.Maria and Juan were to get married on April 26 at 12:30. Nadir and Miguel had already arrived at the church at 12 and were seated in the third pew. Nadir attracted a lot of attention, not only with a beautiful, blue dress that lied perfectly on her body, but also with the grace of movements, a beautiful smile and, above all, remarkable beauty. She heard jealousy in the minds of the gathered women, and delight in men's. Nadir had to admit that she

However, after the party ended, Nathaniel immediately followed Nadir and Miguel as they walked out of the house. Of course, he had to be extra careful, because weakened by his earlier stay in the church, he could not mask his aura so well now. Nathaniel even thought he had acted foolishly to stay in the church the entire ceremony. He should have stood outside and waited for Nadir to leave instead. Unfortunately, Nathaniel liked challenges, especially if they had anything to do with his main en

I think everyone would feel weird being in our shoes.- Juan agreed fully with him.- I want to ask you for some advice... I'm going to propose to Nadir, but I don't know if I chose the right ring.- Miguel said, changing the subject and opening a small box before his friend's eyes.- It's very lovely. In my opinion, Nadir will be delighted. Besides, you two love each other like crazy, so such things doesn't really matter.- Juan replied, looking at the ring with the diamond neatly cut into the shape of a heart.- Have you noticed this interesting situation?- he asked, lookin

Then I wanted to tear Samael apart for this story with you, but Lilith suddenly appeared...- she paused, but soon started talking again.- And she told me who I really am, just the daughter of Lilith and Luci

Lilith said about the decision of Nadir to Lucifer when she visited him the next day. He, of course, did not hide his dissatisfaction, but just as Lilith, Lucifer could not do anything about it, after all, their child was generally more powerful than any of them, so they had to respect her choice. Hybrids like Nadir were rarely born, and it was hard to tell what would grow out of them. The truth was that Lilith could easily create new succubus and incubus, but getting really pregnant was a miracle, since she was banished from Paradise by God and therefore didn't got the life-giving privilege that Adam's later wife, Eve, had. That is why Lilith was very happy when, after many trials with Lucifer, she finally somehow managed to get pregnant and give birth to an absolutely healthy Nadir. Of course, she had a lot of the succubus in her, for after all, Lilith creations were made in her image, but there was also an element of Lucifer's power in Nadir, which made her very special and

At the same time as Maria, Juan, and Miguel were performing a ritual to seek her out from the Underworld and try to contact, Nadir was already with Samael, in one of the palace's bedrooms.- You came to me at last, what a good girl. And what was the point in resisting for so long? You will not regret your decision, I will take care of you properly. Soon you will be screaming my name in ecstasy.- he greeted her, smiling triumphantly.- Ok, whatever. Let's get it over with.- Nadir spoke up, looking at him with resigned eyes. His words clearly didn't make any impression on her, she just wanted them to get down to business so she would be able to go back to her cave as soon as possible.- Of course, my lady.- Samael replied, taking her hand gently and leading deeper into the bedroom. There he kissed her first on the lips, then began to descend over her neck and shoulders, wrapping his arms around waist and bringing Nadir closer to him. Samael hands greedily explored her b

Samael was happier than usual that day. The message he had received from Nathaniel really pleased him. In the end he got everything his way, exactly as he wanted - Nadir will succumb to him. For someone with so much confidence, this was not a great surprise. From the very first moment Samael felt that Nadir was going to be a difficult journey, but he also knew that she would eventually succumb to him, it couldn't have ended otherwise. And no matter that for that to happen, some human had to die, so Nadir would lose her meaning in life and willingness to resist along with it - after all, any measure was useful, if it worked in the end - that was Samael's opinion.Lilith, on the other hand, was boiling with anger to see him in such a bubbly mood, especially since Samael was blocking his thoughts from her and she could not read the reason for this sudden joy. In some ways, Lilith was very much like Samael - she hated it too when things were not going as she intended, sometimes was

Miguel could easily handle one attacker, he's tough and always was good at fighting, especially in self-defense.- Juan replied incredulously.- One man, yes, he could handle...- Maria sighed, sitting on the edge of the bed.- Do you mean it wasn't a human? After the car accident and meeting with Nathaniel, the Fallen Angel, sent from the Underworld by Samael himself on a mission to bring Nadir back, Miguel and her returned home and went to bed almost immediately. Nadir thought all night about what to do. It was safest to just stop resisting and come back, but she didn't want to give up without a fight, so decided she would resist as long as possible. After all, that's what Nadir has been doing for a longer time, isn't it? She resisted Samael's orders and was doing quite well. The easiest way to defeat Samael was to report on him to Lilith, but Nadir couldn't risk that her "mother" would find out what connected her and Miguel, and that Nadir had no intention of returning to the Underworld. Lilith would certainly punish her for such disobedience, though perhaps less severely than Samael. For Miguel, however, the result would be the same - he would be killed by both Samael and Lilith. Overall, Nadir could not come to anyone in the Underw
