Chapter 22 Reassurance

Preshant and Ritu were finally alone in their bedroom. He wrapped his arms around Ritu, offering her the comfort and reassurance she desperately needed.

"Oh dear," he whispered, "where have you been? I missed you so much in these two years."

Ritu broke down. She fell into his arms, crying inconsolably.

"Oh, Preshant, it was hell. But you never gave up on me," Ritu managed to say between sobs. Preshant held her tightly, letting her release all the emotions she had held for so long, whispering words of love and encouragement as they embraced, finally reuniting after so much time apart.

"Are you okay now?" He asked, "Come, let's go to bed. I want to see you, touch you, and feel you. You are my Ritu."

Ritu nodded, feeling a sense of peace wash over her as she finally felt safe in his arms again. She smiled through her tears, grateful for his unwavering love and support.

"Take your clothes off," Preshant said. I have several new sets for you. I want to see you."

Ritu blushed at his words.
