Sabrina's POV

I stared at Nicholas sharply. "I won't stop. Tomorrow, or the days after, you will continue to find those letters. Until you finally understand that I will not give up just because you refuse to let me go."

Nicholas frowned, looking disturbed. I knew, maybe he was not used to seeing me insist like this. But I had made my decision. Every day, I would continue to file for divorce. Every time he tore it up, I would make a new one, until finally he had no choice but to accept it.

I looked at him with determination.

"I want to live without this pain, Nicholas. If you can't let me go, then be prepared to face my wishes every day, at every opportunity, until I am free."

I turned around, walking away from him, even though I knew he was looking at me with an angry and disapproving look. But for the first time, I felt a ray of strength emerging from within me. The strength to fight for my right to happiness. I would continue to file those letters until the day he could no lo

Sabrina's POV “You really would separate me from Charlie, just because I want to be free from this meaningless marriage?” My voice grew softer, full of hurt. “I’ve given you everything, and this is what you get in return?”Nicholas just laughed sarcastically. “Free? Do you think it’s that easy, Sabrina? As long as I still want this, our marriage will never end. And Charlie, he’s my son. You have no right to him.”I felt tears welling up in my eyes, but I held them back, not wanting to appear weak in front of him. “Charlie may not be my biological son, Nicholas, but I have always treated him like my own. But you, you have used him as a weapon against my desire to live in peace.”Nicholas just snorted, then stood up from the chair with a rough movement. “If you think I will change my mind just because of your whiny feelings, you are very wrong.” He stared at me coldly, as if I was just someone insignificant.“Do whatever you want, Sabrina. But remember, I will always win.” With those

Sabrina's POV My steps stopped when I heard the little voice that I had missed so much."Mom!"I turned around slowly, almost in disbelief. There, Charlie stood with his innocent face, his eyes sparkling as he stared at me. Unconsciously, my tears flowed even faster. When he started running towards me, I spread my arms wide, waiting with a heart filled with warmth that I couldn't describe with words. As soon as I reached his arms, Charlie immediately hugged me tightly, as if afraid that I would disappear. I returned his hug with all my heart, feeling his warm and soft little body on my chest, covering all the sadness that I had been holding in. In his arms, I felt whole again. We both fell silent for a moment, enjoying the moment of togetherness that we had been waiting for so long. My heart was filled with gratitude and love that flowed so heavily. After being separated for so long, we were finally reunited. From this incident, I learned that a mother's love can never be replaced by

Sabrina's POV "Forgive me, Charlie..." I whispered, my voice almost lost by my own tears. I could only watch Hazel drag Charlie who continued to cry in pain. My son was still struggling, his little hands reaching out towards me, while his cries begged me to take him. "Mom! Please! Don't leave me, Mom!"I could no longer hold back my tears. My body felt weak, but I couldn't do anything. Hazel finally managed to get Charlie into her car. Charlie was still kicking the car door, his face full of tears and panic. But Hazel quickly closed the door and ignored his cries.I could only watch the car move away, carrying my son who was still screaming for me. The car drove further away, leaving Charlie's little shadow struggling inside. When the sound of his cries disappeared from my hearing, my whole body felt empty. It felt like I had lost a part of myself. I fell to my knees, covering my mouth with both hands to hold back the sound of sobbing so deeply and painfully.Silently, I could onl

Sabrina's POV I tried to hold myself up by holding onto the sink, but the world began to spin faster. Suddenly my body felt so weak and light, that my grip on the sink slowly slipped. My eyes began to blur, my vision blurred, and I collapsed to the bathroom floor, unable to catch myself. As I fell, my hand accidentally knocked over several bottles of skincare that were arranged on a small shelf next to the sink. One by one the bottles fell, producing a faint sound of breaking glass that reached my increasingly indistinct ears.Instantly, the room was silent. I lay weakly on the cold floor, with the faint scent of skincare and blood mixed in the air. Only silence enveloped me as my body felt like it was sinking into darkness, leaving all the suffocating pain behind the bathroom door. In the silence that enveloped me, I felt my head and body start to feel light. Darkness filled my vision, making me feel even more isolated from the outside world. The

Sabrina's POVNicholas tried to approach, his hand reaching out to stop my hand from reaching for another vase on the table. However, I slammed it away with an uncontrollable rage.Nicholas was shocked, his eyes widening at my reaction. He stepped back for a moment, as I picked up a light blue vase made of fine ceramic. The atmosphere in the room was tense as if time had stopped for a moment."Do you really want to do this?" his voice trembled, a mixture of worry and frustration. He knew how valuable the items on the table were, but to me, at that moment they all seemed insignificant compared to the emotions surging inside me."None of this means anything!" I shouted, still holding the vase tightly. "You don't understand how it feels when everything I've built is destroyed in an instant."Nicholas bit his lip, trying to hold back his anger and disappointment. He tried to calm the situation, but increasingly, my emotions took over me. "Let it go! Let it all be destroyed!" I threw the v

Sabrina's POV "Sabrina? What's wrong? What's wrong with your voice?" Clara sounded worried. In an instant, my heart felt a little lighter just by hearing her voice."I... can I meet you now?" I said softly, trying to hold back the tears that were already on the verge of my lips.“Yes, of course. Where are you now? I can come pick you up,” she said without hesitation.“I’ll go to your place. I need to get out of here,” I answered quickly, without giving myself room to think any longer.“Okay, I’ll wait for you. Be careful on the road, okay?” Clara’s voice sounded soft and soothing, like a warm blanket in the middle of a storm. I nodded even though she couldn’t see it.After hanging up the phone, I hurriedly wiped away the remaining tears, tidied myself up as best I could, and grabbed my car keys. On the way to Clara’s apartment, various feelings were raging in my mind. I felt empty, but also full of anger that was ready to explode. I just wanted all of this to end, or at least find a

Sabrina's POV “And don’t you also want to know the real reason why Nicholas married you?” Clara continued, her tone full of concern. “It could be that behind your marriage there is something deeper than just obligation or responsibility. If you never ask, you might never know the answer.”I lowered my head, absorbing Clara’s words. True, I never really asked Nicholas to be honest about why he married me. This marriage always felt one-sided, but I never once tried to dig deeper. I was afraid to hear the truth, afraid that the answer wouldn’t be what I expected. But over time, this fear actually piled up into an unbearable mountain of sadness and anger.Clara squeezed my hand, gently encouraging me. “Sabrina, try to be brave and open your heart. Try to be honest, even if it’s hard. Maybe, behind all of this, there are things you don’t know. Maybe Nicholas also has his own feelings that he never expressed.”I took a deep breath, feeling both fear and courage slowly growing inside me. Ma

Nicholas' POVI sat in my office, staring at the blinking laptop screen in front of me, but not a single word entered my mind. My mind was still stuck on last night. Sabrina… she was throwing her temper like I had never seen before. Her screaming, the way she smashed things in her room, the tears she shed, all of it was still vivid in my mind. That wasn't the usual Sabrina.I remembered when she told me about her dreams for the future, and how she always managed to see the bright side of small things. But last night, everything felt like it had come crashing down. She was like a stranger, trapped in the darkness of her own emotions. But I couldn't help but be silent.I never thought the pressure could change her so drastically. My heart felt heavy thinking about what she must have gone through alone. Why didn't she tell me? Why didn't she share her burden with me?Out of the corner of my eye, I saw the clock ticking slowly as if slowing down time

Sabrina's POV Nicholas smiled and ruffled Charlie’s hair. “We’re going for a walk to see the beauty of this city. How about we go see Big Ben and the London Eye?” Charlie’s eyes widened with excitement. “I want to ride the London Eye!” he shouted while jumping up and down. I laughed at his enthusiasm. “Then let’s go before it gets too late.” We walked along the city streets, which were still quite busy. The sound of traffic was faint in the distance, mixed with the laughter and chatter of tourists. The streetlights sparkled, casting beautiful shadows on the wet sidewalk after a light rain that had fallen earlier. When we arrived in front of Big Ben, I paused for a moment, awestruck by the grandeur of the giant clock. The light illuminating the clock tower made it look so majestic and authoritative. I could feel the long history embedded in every detail of its architecture. “Wow, it’s so big!” Charlie looked up high, trying to take in the entire

Nicholas, with his perfectly cooked steak, was ready to satisfy his appetite.“It smells so good!” Charlie exclaimed, his eyes shining with enthusiasm.I smiled, feeling happiness as I watched him so excited. “Come on, let’s eat,” I urged, and the three of us began to taste the dishes that had been prepared.Eve

Sabrina's POV As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was immediately captivated by its luxurious and elegant interior. The sparkling crystal chandeliers, neatly arranged tables with small candles on them, and the enticing aroma of delicious food created a perfect ambiance. A waiter quickly approached us and led us to the table reserved by Nicholas. It was located by a large window overlooking the twinkling city of London at night. Sitting at the table, I felt like I was in a movie. The view of the city glittering with lights added a romantic touch. The menu presented looked delectable, with a variety of tempting dishes. The waiter kindly explained each dish, heightening our anticipation for the meal to come.Nicholas seemed excited, discussing his plans for the evening. Sabrina's POV I chuckled at his chocolate-smeared face. His wide smile made me feel happy. I took a tissue from my bag and wiped his cheeks. “Be careful eating, sweetheart. You’ll get your clothes dirty.” Charlie just laughed, seeming not to care much about my warning. His eyes continued to observe the surroundings, watching other children running on the grass, a pair of grandparents chatting on a bench across from us, and people passing by with laughter and light conversations. The atmosphere in the park was vibrant, filled with joy and warmth. Children ran around with enthusiasm while adults chatted leisurely, enjoying their time. I felt glad to see Charlie so captivated by the life around him. A few children started playing ball, and their laughter and cheers added to the cheerful ambiance. Charlie watched them with curiosity, as if he wanted to join in. I took a deep breath, enjoying the aroma of the grass an

Sabrina's POV I sighed and shook my head gently. “Honey, you don’t need to apologize all the time. This is your job, I understand. Charlie and I can spend time together here.”He smiled in relief at my words. “Thank you, Sabrina. I know you’ll be fine. Enjoy your day, okay?”“Of course,” I replied, trying to be supportive. He gave a faint smile, but I could see a hint of guilt in his eyes. He stepped closer and kissed my forehead gently. “Thank you for understanding.” I just smiled and patted his arm lightly. “Go on, before you’re late!” Nicholas finally grabbed his jacket and adjusted his tie before stepping toward the door. Before leaving, he turned back to us. “I’ll call when I’m done.” I nodded. “Take care!”Once he left, the atmosphere in the room felt quieter. However, I tried not to let the silence bother me. Charlie and I had plenty to do. I decided to plan a day full of adventure and fun, ensuring that even without

Sabrina's POV As the taxi stopped in front of the hotel, I sighed in relief. The long journey from the airport was finally over, and now we could take a moment to rest before enjoying our time in London. I turned to Charlie, who was still full of energy, his eyes shining at the sight of the magnificent building where we would be staying.“Wow! Mom, the hotel is so big!” he exclaimed in awe. I smiled and ruffled his hair. “Yes, sweetheart. We’ll be staying here while in London.” Nicholas got out first and helped the driver unload our suitcases from the trunk. Meanwhile, I took Charlie's hand and led him out of the car. The cold London air greeted us again, causing Charlie to huddle a bit before quickly hiding behind my body.Nicholas approached us after dealing with the luggage. “Let’s go inside!” he said, pulling one of the large suitcases. The three of us stepped into the spacious and elegant hotel lobby. The high ceiling was adorned

It’ll feel a bit strange at first, but after that, you’ll enjoy it.”The plane began to accelerate on the runway, and I could feel a strong push as the wheels lifted off the ground. Charlie jumped a little, his eyes widening as the plane started climbing into the air.“We’re flying! Mom, we’re really flying!” he shouted excitedly.I laughed and nodded. “Yes, dear. Enjoy our first trip!”I glanced at Nicholas, who was smiling calmly while looking out the window. He then reached for my hand over the armrest, holding it gently. Our journey had just begun, and I felt so happy. After the plane reached cruising altitude, I finally felt I could relax a bit more. Sabrina's POV This morning, I woke up earlier than usual. Maybe it was due to the excitement of the trip to London or the warm feeling after last night's conversation with Nicholas. I turned to the side and saw my husband still sound asleep, his breath steady and calm. I smiled softly before slowly getting out of bed, trying not to wake him.I stepped out of the room and headed to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. Today would be a long day, and I wanted to make sure we all had enough to eat before heading to the airport. In the kitchen, the morning light illuminated every corner, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. I opened the fridge and took out ingredients for breakfast: eggs, bread, and some fresh vegetables. While cooking, my thoughts drifted to our travel plans for London.I imagined the streets we would explore, the places we would visit, and the precious moments we would create. The sound of frying and the aroma of the food cooking made
