Disappeared

As soon Amber went inside, she found the bed empty. There was no one to be seen or any sound to be heard. She checked the bathroom in case although she knew that she couldn't walk to bathroom herself.

But there was no sign of her. She hurried to the reception to ask the nurse.

"Where is the patient? Why the room is empty? In case have you shifted her to somewhere?" She kept on going with questions all at once.

"Which patient miss?" The nurse asked her politely.

"The one in the labour room who just gave birth to a baby boy, named Ruby!" She told her the details hurriedly.

"Oh she was just in the labour room after we dressed her up. We haven't shifted her anywhere" she explained.

"But there is no one! The bed is empty. Where is she?" She panicked.

"Miss let me check, she was there when we left" the nurse walked in the direction of the labour room with her.
