Catherine glanced at Shaun and Eliza. “Since we’ve recorded our statement, let’s go.”

Shaun and Eliza walked out of the police station without saying a word.

A black van drove over, and only then did Eliza raise her head, turn around, and hug Catherine. She said with a trembling voice, “Thank you. Thank you.”

She was truly grateful.

Getting revenge in that way might be the best ending.

Eliza thought of using the cruelest method to get revenge on Sarah in the past. She wanted to make Sarah’s life a living hell.

However, the price of doing so would be dragging herself into an abyss.

Eliza was incredibly thankful toward Catherine, not only for herself but also her deceased parents and Charity, who was still missing her remains.
