Carrick was stunned by his friend's stupidity, Lucas had always been super sharp and clever, and he was also a very forward-thinking Alpha. Their Pack was one of the most modern tech-savvy Packs embracing the new human technologies that other Packs shunned.

‘I’ve been an idiot haven’t I?’
