Her loneliness began gnawing at the back of her throat and out of some undeniable pull, she looked up toward the moon. Mj stopped and stared straight up as the shadows cast on the small, far off circle appeared to almost shift and change. Mj felt Theron’s presence alert to something nearby and as the heat from Eli’s body lit up the dark murky forest, Mj closed her eyes and waited until he was right above her in the drooping trees.
Eli pushed his body downward toward what he assumed was the moon hypnotized female and was taken by surprise when she sidestepped his advance and the large man’s frame collapsed into the dirt with an unceremonious thud. Moxie and Jay covered Nadine as the three of them spun around to see Mj standing over Eli with a smug grin
