Amber's pov It's out of place to conclude that a person is very bad or a person thinks selfishly and he or she can't change. Who could have thought that Adrian's mom would be likable some day? The very people she wanted them to hate me were the people she told in my present that I was a caring person. When she first brought in the ice cream for Adrian and I, I was shocked, only to be shocked more by her kind words when Adrian’s dad woke up from sleep. She has come to realize that my love for Adrian was true, and not because of his wealth. My fears for Mrs Morgan had gone. As long as she can let me watch over her husband, it shows that she has trusted me. Every minute of my stay with Mr Morgan while waiting for Adrian and his mother was filled with positivity of the woman who once hated me. I became very impatient to go home and tell my grandma how Mrs Morgan has changed and what she did. My joy was evident to Mr Morgan and he was forced to asked, “What’s making you smile?” “
Adrian's pov My mom has been so concerned about my relationship with Amber recently and it still surprised me how she had kicked off her anger against her. Her once gold digger has become someone she always wanted to know her whereabouts. Since Amber left and gone to her grandma's place, she had been suggesting to me how my relationship with Amber would grow better and faster. Without actually saying it out, it's obvious that she has accepted Amber to be the mother of my unborn babies. “When is Amber coming here?” My mom asked. “Let me call her.”I took out my phone and dialed her number. “Sweetheart, how are you doing?” “I'm fine.” “I'm already missing you. When are you coming back?” I asked. “I will be there by 3pm. I want to help my grandma do some house chores.” From what she said, it meant that it would take about three hours before she would come back to the hospital. After the ending of the phone call, I told my mom what she said. She didn't say a word at firs
Jasper’s pov I have been sitting down on my hotel bed thinking how from placing my hands on Nora, extended to putting my hands on my waist. Out of nowhere, I found myself in her bathroom and she started bathing in my presence. It didn’t stop there, she asked me to help her take her bath and that was how we both found ourselves on her bed. Her virgina was so juicy and at the same time very tight as if she had never had sex before. When we woke up the next morning, she put all the blame on the alcoholic wine that we both took. Was it truly the wine that resulted in it? I don't think so. I can’t stop thinking of her. I haven't expressed myself to her. Would she get angry if I do so? Would I lose my contract I signed with her last night? The contract is very important. I need to tell and show to my parents that I can make it all alone without their influence or support. My thoughts were all about Nora. I told Nora that I was going home because I can’t resist the movement of her but
Author's pov Jasper stood as if he was dreaming and his eyes were on his dad and mum. He never thought in his imagination that he was going to meet his parents. Nora, at this moment, hasn't felt what Jasper was feeling. She thought this was a surprise package and she became the only one smiling at this tense moment. “Honey, what's going on?” Nora asked as she turned and saw angry looking faces of Jasper's parents. “Is this not Mrs Williams? The one you stood for at the court?” Jasper's mom said. Jasper saw disappointment on his parents’ faces, still, he needed to prove to them that this was what he wanted and there was nothing anyone could do about it. Before he could say something, his dad asked, “Where is Anna? Do you think we will leave you all alone? You are under our watch. Has your mind gone out of control and you prefer something older than you? After using you in court, she is still commanding you in real life.” “Don’t ever use such words on the woman I love. She is
Amber’s pov Everything that is happening to me right now has been the opposite of what my grandma has predicted. Why would she even think that Adrian will betray me for the love of his mom? The assurance Adrian gave me yesterday was very strong enough to keep our love very high. The person I have been so concerned that she doesn’t want this relationship has been seeing us together. Deep inside of me, I pray for the quick recovery of Mr Morgan. If eventually Adrian and I get married, I want his dad to be there. He was the reason I found my foot in his family. He turned my misfortune to joy. From giving me a love contract and just yesterday, he held the hands of Adrian and I together and told Adrian never to let our love slip off his hands. “Dad, I will always love Amber, even if it remains the last drop of my blood. I will love her to the end,” Adrian replied to his dad and it was in the middle of it that his mom entered the room. She only smiled at us even if she didn’t say anythi
Author’s pov Merit was in her white sports car and she was vibing and nodding her head to the music she was playing in her car. A few minutes ago, she had spoken on the phone with Adrian and she told Adrian that she was close to his house. “Please, I am on my way to my house now and it will take about twenty minutes,” Adrian replied to her. Merit wasn’t concerned if she was the one who got to Adrian’s house first. All she knew was that she was on a mission. A mission to present herself to Adrian in a way that he could easily speak out the way he feels about her. Her music stopped playing and this was how she connected it whenever a call was coming. It would first stop the music and when she looked at the dashboard of the car, she saw Mrs Morgan’s phone number. She picked up her call and said, “Hello Mrs Morgan, your son has called me and I am close to his house…” “Yes I know, but you don’t need to get to his house before he comes. I want you to delay a bit so that he will g
Author's pov It has been a great nightmare for Jasper and Nora since the day they left Jasper's parents. That encounter had wrecked their relationship to the point that Nora has refused to let Jasper into her house on that very day that the incident happened. “If not that you were the one who drove me here, I would have left you.” She said in great anger as she sat at the back seat of the car in front of Jasper's new house. During the trip home, she was accusing Jasper that he purposely brought her and embarrassed her. When they stopped at her house, she came out of the car and said, “In all my entire life, I have never been disgraced the way your parents did to me…” “I didn't know it was my parents I bought the house from.” Jasper has said these words before while in the car, but she raised her voice at him and when he said that statement again, she couldn't take it any longer and she shouted, “Out of my property or I will call the police.” She pointed at the ga
Merit’s pov Today marks the third day of my stay at Adrian’s house, yet the attention I anticipated has eluded me. Despite my attempts to catch his eye by revealing more of myself, his responses have been lukewarm. Each time he catches a glimpse, all I receive is, “Oh, I am sorry, I didn’t know you were dressing up,” before he quickly exits. Does he have any feelings for me at all? His actions don't show it. No sweet words, no hint of emotional care. What should I do? I sat on my bed that morning after a shower, wrapped in just a towel, feeling his absence keenly. Despite his lack of physical contact, my infatuation with him grows. This infatuation soared when his mother hinted that he fancies me. He is undeniably handsome. Yesterday, I made sure we took a photo together, a picture I now gaze at and kiss before sleep. As a new day dawns, I yearn to accompany him wherever he goes. Tired of his early departures and late returns, I ponder how to join him without raising suspicio
