Author's pov

The time was almost 4pm. Adrian and her mother were in the hospital room with his dad. Two nurses were administering some medications on Mr Morgan when Adrian kept looking at his waist wrist.

“Where will Amber come? When is she going to come?” He thought. When the nurses had left the room, Adrian stood up and walked closer to his dad. It wasn't long when he too entered the room and because of the nurses, he waited and he hasn't spoken to him since he came.

“How was work at the office today?” His father asked.

“Dad, it was fine. How is your health?”

“I'm getting better by the day…” Suddenly, there was a knock on the door and the three of them heard a knock on the door and turned to the door.
