Chapter 29: Edward and Marcus Met

Days went fast.

"Edward, I will keep an eye on you. Don't fall for her." Kryss reminded him.

"That's impossible. You are so possessive, haha." Edward blurted out and Kryss tossed him a pingpong ball.

Edward kicked off his first day in Chen's company. He was presented to the different departments and individuals.

On her way to her office Hillary met Michelle.

Michelle was astonished. She wasn't anticipating that Hillary looked just fine. As if nothing panned out.

"What's the bowled over look Michelle? Are you expecting that I won't come back anymore?" she eyed her sincerely.

Michelle lowered her gaze.

"Did she know that I am the one who nobbled her.?" she asked herself.

"You won't survive next time, Hillary Chen." She voiced out when Hillary was out of her sight.

Michelle wasn't clued up that Hillary was eyeing on her too.

Edward went to Hillary's office and Hillary called on Marcus too. They both seated infront of Hillary's office desk.
