Becca led Ava to the town council's office, a cozy building with a sign that read "Wetcreek Council". Inside, a friendly clerk greeted them.

"Hello, Becca! What brings you here today?"

Becca smiled. "Hi, Rachel! I'm here with Ava, she's new in town and needs to register with the council."

Rachel's eyes lit up. "Ah, welcome Ava! We don't get many new faces here. Let's get you registered."

Ava filled out the necessary forms, providing her name, age, and occupation. Rachel asked a few questions about her background and skills, nodding thoughtfully.

"Great, Ava! You're all set. As a registered resident, you're entitled to access our town's amenities and services. We also have a community gathering tonight, if you'd like to meet some of the locals."
